It was a pleasure working with you on this one dude!
You were top quality there lad!
@@user-nr2cs2rq7h Cheers mate ;)
No bother! Well deserved:)
guitar e n h a n c e
You deserve a gillion dollars for that performance!
HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLY BALLS!!!!
He has fulfilled his promise to us!
He is a man of focus comitment and share f*king will
My word is my bond, Mr. MegaDrive, sir!
Star Wolf re-imagined is the logical sequel we need.
pls
I can't let you do that star fox... at least without acknowledgment of this pun
cant let you do that Wolf, Starfox dont need reimage bs, it needs its real spirit back, with current goodies.
What they done to the saga (and lots of other ones) is horrendous.
@@Landofahero *sighs in defunct franchise*
They haven't 'done' anything with it other than reboot it twice and try to keep the space animals semi-balanced in Smash after they dominated Melee. Adventures is a great Zelda, Assault is the best one, -Command didn't exist,- 1/64 are overrated, Zero was a disappointment, 2 came out too late and -Command didn't happen- that's all they've ever done.
A COWBELL.
I know it isn't news, but the sound you produce is so warm and rich. It's wondrous!
FOX said this: deb deb debed. (That means: This is aswome)
Ribibid ribibid ribibid!
Wi-wi-wing damage!
A googoo dewv.
Peppy says, "Wee wee wee de de." That means "Do a barrel roll."
De-Dama-De-Dam-Da-Dah!
Fact: This is one of the, if not the greatest video game song of all time
Fact: This is now the definitive version of that song
Last time I was this early, Tee Lopes was still composing for Sonic 2 HD!
in the words of falco... “babbadoo byabuh”
Holy shit. This is better than anything I could’ve ever imagined.
And i can imagine alot
Tudo que o Tee toca vira ouro.
E cada vez eu me surpreendo, apesar de já saber disso.
É mesmo.
Verdade
EU TÔ CHORANDO
É a lei amigo kkk
I agree
The best compliment I can give is that in my head this is exactly how Starfox sounded back when I first played it :)
This sounds like legit dragon Ball music!
But BETTER.
Fox McCloud mentions about his father in Star Fox Zero: Battle Begins animation (did James McCloud raise Fox before dying?)
he also mentions his father in the true ending of either Star Fox or Star Fox 64, i forgot which one
This is exceptional.
If only Nintendo could actually do this franchise right and stay consistent with it.
Keep up the amazing work TeeLopes, this was a real treat!
Dude, this track is my TOP favorite of the SNES era!!! I've heard so many remixes that tone down some of the subtle inflections (notably the "Dun, dun-dun duh dun" at 00:11). I'm so stoked that you were able to make the notes true, if not stronger, to the original! I was really digging the personal touch to this classic towards the end of the song. Great job on this one!
*imaging a whole battle scene in a statfox movie or show with this badass track playing in the background*
1:33
This is godlike
I’ve been waiting for literal years to find a cover of Corneria that packs the same punch as the original. Should’ve known it was gonna come from you, Tee!
Hands down the best Corneria remix I’ve ever heard.
And I’ve listened to tons of them.
that orchestration after the first guitar break is incredible!!!!!
Holy cow this is amazing. It has original star fox vibes, the punchiness still has that snes sound quality to it, yet it builds on it with beauty and depth of sound with awesome harmonies and creates a modern remaster feel with the cleaner electric guitar and despite everything feels more like starfox than starfox ever has. So cool.
Gah, this theme deserves more love. Thanks for giving it a proper modernization! This always sounded more epic in my head and now it sounds epic through my speakers.
Phenomenal. A new favorite to speed down the highway to.
An expert guitar player and Tee Lopes in one song? I'm still sleeping, yeah this is a dream.
How did it take me 3 years to find this? I love this track and this remake is SIIIIIIICK!!!
The GOOD LUCK is strong in this one.
This is the best cover of this level on the internet. All the instruments are bringing it. Super impressive. Awesome drumming and riffing😮
legendary remix!
This is amazing. The original composition was already stellar, and you added so much more to it!
1:53 just has me hollarin' that ya'll just made a longer gorgeous section of my favorite melody bit in this track! Gave me goosebumps when I first heard it while I was little, just as this reimagining gave them to me now!
This is just too good to be level 1 stuff. Plop it on a final boss climax and I'd go insane with hype
Andy deserves a gillion dollars for that performance!
Damnit tee you're making me cry from nostalgia. I can't even begin to think what you have up your sleeve for the next sonic game.
This solidifies my opinion that guitar driven melodies and piano complement each other so well
I'm gonna be coming back to this time and time again, because oh my goodness. Such an incredible arrangement!
He did the Star Fox OST justice with this one track alone.
You know a song is great when you feel it doesn't last long enough. What a musical master Tee Lopes is.
This is far and away the best remix of the Corneria theme I have ever heard.
The instrumentation used is an excellent upgrade from the original, and it maintains the energy perfectly! I particularly like how the guitar power chord section in the break is a perfect renditon of the original... so many remakes overlook that part or try to do something different, and it makes them all fall flat. I love how all the new touches don't overpower the original score, but enhance it in every way. Even the guitar solo (which is awesome, btw) only appears AFTER showing how the guitar break was in the game, and only further enhances the tune. Fantastic work!
I could have done without the key change towards the end of the song, but thats aesthetic taste... I understand why it was probably put in there and it was well executed :)
Damn, might need to make a mashup with this one
Excellent remix/re-imagining! I expect nothing less from Tee Lopes!
This is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO good! This would be perfect for a 2D animated Star Fox anime. :D
Never new you existed till you did the streets of rage soundtrack. I am a fan now. 💪😌✊
Awesome remix! Now let's just hope that Nintendo doesn't become the Fun Police again and take it down.
Yay! Love this song!
Dude, I'm such a sucker for transposition in music. Basically everything about the song, cow bell included, is awesome, but then 2:17 hits and my imagination transports me to the cockpit of a ship fleeing an exploding planet.
I never thought...that this man... Would make ONE OF MY FAVORITE PIECES OF VIDEO GAME MUSIC EVER!!!! You truly are a legend Tee Lopes! Dont you forget it! Especially with your other AMAZING works!
Favorite game theme of all time, and favorite guitarist of all time. I can't believe I am just finding this now!
This. This right here is the single greatest rendition of SNES Corneria out there. The mixing, the instrumentation, the overall sound, it's all so damn good! And don't even get me started on that guitar solo
I knew that I would love this song even before I heard ir
Very amazing reimagining! I love how it's pretty different yet it really holds onto the elements of the original that made it great in the first place. Takes me back to the PS1 days and their sweet soundtracks.
Hearing 1:55 to 2:11 makes me so happy. I don't know how to play any instruments or write sheet music, but I can hear things by ear well enough. I've whistled this same repetition thinking it'd make for something really good in a remix. And after I heard this today, it was so nice to hear it actually played out and done much better than I ever could have.
This is by far my favorite rendition of the Corneria theme I've ever heard. Amazing job
Honestly, this is the best Corneria remix I have ever heard! Other ones were effectively simple, but you rearranged the melody in such an exciting way, and even simultaneously made whole other original beats/melodies that really impressed me and that sometimes went in tangent with the original melody. In which I rarely hear in other remixes. The tin can sound you used was really cool to me, and the electric bass was by far the best bass I’ve heard out of all the other remixes for this song. No *flack* on them of course, they were probably going for something different. I just thought yours was just really distinct and hype. I have a real appreciation for Star Fox, and I thought you and Andy Gillion captured the spirit of it perfectly👌
Thank you for this treasure!
I recently made a modern drum and bass remix of Corneria, I think you'll like it! ua-cam.com/video/UxzSanB29OM/v-deo.html
Holy shit! thanks for making my day this is more badass than i expected!
I know it's a pipe dream, but if Nintendo ever makes a new Star Fox game, I think we know the musical talent they need to hire.
Edit: It's been a few days now, and I can't stop listening to this song. My ADHD is thrilled.
Anyone else remember the boss fight in "Wario Ware: Smooth Moves" where you fought against R.O.B. in the original Star Fox? I always thought it'd make sense to remake the original Star Fox in its entirety in that style. Remaking the game with new technology to make it an overall better experience would be a great little title to throw up on the eshop, though I feel it should retain the low polygon aesthetics to keep in line with the original's charm.
LEGENDARY as always
I just got a total eargasm hearing this, truly an awesome re-imagined tune dude
I've listened to several dozen Corneria arrangements and this is amazing!!!
I just love when the guitar kicks in.
Omg, it was intentional to make it so nostalgic?
Is awesome by the way.
I will definitely be coming back for more!
Its nice to see people give the original Corneria some love,I don’t see that too often
Sick, love the dueling guitar riffs 🎸
absolutely stellar
Gorgeous, I got goosebumps all over... never sounded better.
Wait... did you just take an iconic theme... and make it... *gasp*... better?!?!?! Well done!!!
This is basically Corneria given the full Mega Man treatment. Awesome job.
This feels like a Smash Bros. remix and I’m here for it! Nice job!
So fantastic.
This was awesome! Great work dude!
I can't stop listen this!!! Perfect Tee Lopes!!
Incredible work! Thanks for continue working in these remixes even though you have many obligations now. You rock, Tee! 😄✨
Some Tee Lopes remixes I would kill for
The Boy Who Had Wings - Ys III
Green Grass Gradation - Megaman ZX
Tomboyish Girl in Love - Touhou
Karina's Theme - Asuka 120%
I came in with high expectations and still ended underestimating how dope this was, this really went innnn!!
Everything Tee Lopes touches turns to Gold
Best star fox song of all time. Great job
TEE LOPES MY MAN! YOU EARNED EVEN MORE RESPECT FROM ME! Not only Sonic, but STARFOX TOO!? EMBRACE THE OG FURRY GAMES!
Star Fox 64 still kicks ass!
the perfect backing track to any melee fox combo video
Best ...had a big smile till the end!!
NGL, this is what the soundtrack sounded like BACK THEN to us kids.
I never felt closer to being a hero than when I was Starfox saving Corneria.
This puts such a big smile on my face, Joker ain't got nothin on me! Such a great version.
why is this dude the best musician ever
This is literally the best thing to ever bless my ears.
This sounds awesome, love the sound of Guitars. Reminds me of how Gitarooman and sonic Adventure 2 really made me fall in love with Guitars even more!
oh sick found this cause I was listening to Extra Boss (True Final Boss) from Sonic Mania and it reminded me of this song big time
This is what I imagine a badass arcade style remake of Star Fox would sound like, major props :D
An absolute banger
I EFFING LOVE THIS!!!
No Joke I've seen this coming. Great job on the rock iteration. This is Epic!
Excellent. Now Mr. Lopes is composing the tracks for Shredder's Revenge!
Holy Jesus! Leave it to Tee to knock it outta the park!
Hoooo my god this is so well done. Makes me wanna reverse waveshine across my whole bedroom and I'm not even a fox main. Good shit Tee Lopes and Andy Gillion.
of the three or five best versions of this remix this one is my favorite.
La musique vraiment énorme toute mon enfance ce jeu 👍
Tee's back!
Of course. How did I not see it before? The Corneria Theme just needed a little more.....cowbell
This song is really BARELL ROLL!!!
An amazing version. I am not a big fan of all the rock remixes and such that go all over the place but in this version of Corneria it works out well.
Whoa Crap! This sounds way better that the original re-imagined, if one could imagine a re-imagined original. Tee and Andy are epic beasts of immense proportions. Keep shredding for the people so that peace and justice may prevail.
