Lexus IS is a great/ reliable way to go. Lots of creature comforts and parts are cheap because it's a Toyota and mine has been an awesome daily driver. If you want speed try to go with the IS350, I appreciate the comment, let me know if you decide to go with a Lexus

@@jered6997 yes, I actually bought mine used from the Toyota dealership that I work at and get my oil changed and tires rotated everytime they need to be
No its stuck on with some adhesive tape. It was put on about a year ago and hasn't moved at all so its pretty stable without having to drill into the trunk

That's a very good price. I paid over $14K for mine and it has a lot more miles and is 2WD. I'd ask the dealer what kind of fees they have. May have a low price upfront and hit you with some big fees when you don't expect it. If it's a private seller or a dealer see if you can get a carfax. No issues, this is the best car I've ever owned.
문성호 I read and heard that the 8speed auto transmissions have issues with shifting. People say that it’s constantly searching for the right gear.. do you have an IS? I’ve been thinking of purchasing a brz/86 or a IS for my next car but still can’t make up my mind
It's very reliable, no issues since I bought it and I got it with already over 100k miles, I work at a Toyota dealership so I get it serviced with no problems whenever I hit the 5k mile mark, only complaint is it's not as fast as it looks, still pretty quick but other than that it's an awesome car.
@@chuguanyu I bought mine at my dealership with 130k miles for $14k and was told that was a pretty good deal, mine is a 2014 F sport spec. I think it was a pretty good deal, insurance is a little high tho, I have full coverage and it's around 600 for 3 months. Feel free to ask any questions about it

@@nhanleb1 mine isn't turboed. It's just a V6, its been very reliable haven't had any problems. I'm working on a 2007 Subaru WRX STI so I haven't made any videos lately

It's a good car and engine, we don't get too many Lexus models in on trade but we've had a few 200T models and they are just as reliable as far as I could tell. As far as long term I couldn't say but they are fun and they seem pretty reliable.

Get it remapped, take the restrictions off it. It will top out then at 150mph not 120mph, plus it will give you an extra 50bhp. From 220bhp to 270bhp

Different front grill and bumper I believe. Mostly cosmetic things! The interior is a little different as well.

I've got 200K miles on it now and all I've ever done was change the oil and put tires on it. Great car really good reliability

No it's not a money pit, maintenance is easy and mine has 155k miles and hasn't showed any sign of slowing down, very good and reliable car
