There were 6 strikes, each strike has six warheads! There is better footage where you can count each warhead. Do the maths, either one missile can carry 36 warheads, or there were multiple missiles used! These looked like solid dummy warheads using their kinetic energy alone to do damage. In other words, is Ruzzia throwing bricks at Ukraine now?
Tanks have this type of projectile, APDS. That is, just a metal rod. If a tank fired from top to bottom, then it would penetrate about 3-4 floors with this projectile. If an APDS weighs 100 kg and fell from space at a speed of 10 Mach, then such an APDS would simply penetrate about 10-15 times more floors than a tank, but in essence it is the same type of ammunition, just larger and much faster. But why someone needs to penetrate 50+ floors down is unknown. Like, they are building underground cities somewhere? Then yes, such a missile with 36 such APDS could really penetrate such a city through all the floors. Otherwise, this is an excessively powerful weapon. Of course, they can put a thermonuclear charge in each of these rods, but they will have the right to do this only in 2 months, when the New START agreement expires. In this form, it would of course be a terrible weapon, capable of destroying two or three dozen medium-sized cities with 100-200 thousand people with just one missile.
@@struvrim7637Russia would have a hard time dealing with the fallout from any nuclear strike on Ukraine. They would have to pull their troops or face losing over half of their fighting force.

Silly muppet, there aren't any NATO troops in Ukraine, and you better be hoping and praying that they don't send any, because if they do... there won't be any Russian troops in Ukraine for much longer after NATO arrives (not any that are still alive anyway).
For the first time Russia demonstrated to NATO conventional ballistic ICBM type Rubez R26 experimental model. Missile has equivalent to 1500 kg of tnt equal in power to 4 Eskander missiles. Missile range 6000km, precision 150 meters, weighing 50 tons. The target was NATO Yuzmash factory in Dnepro, Ukraine. NATO missiles production facility was eliminated.
Putin confirmed that Russia has used its latest hypersonic ballistic missile system, nicknamed ‘Oreshnik’ (Hazel in English), during a strike on a Ukrainian defense industry facility in Dnepro, Ukraine on Thursday morning. The missile is part of Moscow’s new generation of medium-range weapons and reportedly travels at speeds of up to Mach 10 (2.5-3 kilometers per second). Putin emphasized that no existing air or missile defense systems, including those deployed by the US in Europe, are capable of intercepting the Oreshnik. “There are no means of countering such weapons today,” he said, adding that the strike successfully hit one of Ukraine’s largest Soviet-era industrial complexes producing rocket technology. The missile conventional warhead power is equal to 10 times of ATACOMS or Storm-shadow western models.Welcome to hell. Who else has similar missiles? Yemeni tribes do have them. One flew over NATO flotilla and Israeli Iron Dome to hit Israeli airport. Do USA have one. No. Not even close in development.

I think it was a test to see the response of the west on launching an ICBM. I'm sure the launch was detected fairly quickly.
