Dude thank you so much for posting this!! I have a Yamaha FZ6R , and there are absolutely no videos made on hose changes and if there are, they are easy to reach hoses. Thank you!! I was loosing my mind, I was dreading taking my bike to a shop. Thanks man!
On the 04-07 CBR1kRR the fuel hose going to the main rail should always be removed by unbolting the banjo. The service manual literally says to never remove the hose from the banjo fitting…
The fuel hose, removed at min 4:20, is infact a hydraulic hose. You should take it off by removing the bolt! If you did as in the video you must replace the hose !!! Batter, remove the hose from injector rail. And get out the whole tank with all hoses.
Not every mechanic has the budget of a typical ASE Shop. I'm a firm believer in the right tool for the job mentality, but I'm also well aware that there's almost always more than one way to skin a cat. Take the typical fabricators Jig for example. Most were never intended or conceived for any paticular job, therefor not the right tool for the job. But jigs by nature are created to fill a quality of life improvement by allowing for alternative production methods using more classical hand tools / toolsets.

Could share the link to where to buy those hoses please!
Appears that, the long hose you cut last, was made to replace the metal hose. It was the same shape and length.
Did the new do any good for the bike?
Is it the same on a 2003 Honda cbr fireblade rr?
I have the same bike and there's 2 different kits one kit has 8 hoses the other kit has 12 hoses I don't know which one to buy I'm so confused
More hoses is better, you might end up modifying them, like we did in the video. Is the price difference huge?
O ok price isn't that much I think it's like $20 difference I just wanted something that would be correct And not modify too much
You said customers bike has he watch any videos, the way you messed with this, I’d not come back a second time, don’t have right tools
😂
