You must give your life to God but carry jesus teachings in your heart. Jesus is king and he is Lord but he isn't God, remember jesus teachings was for God and jesus died for our sins but he did it For God ❤ you are definitely in the right track and the more you dig in the bible and seek your trust in God you'll see that it only becomes stronger :)

My daughter is struggling with her mind. She speaks hate and death about her life. She has let the enemy whisper these lies. I’m go to war for her, interceding on her behalf while she can’t. Praying she will know her identity in Christ Jesus.

I’ve been there at times. The lies and the fight can be overwhelming. The enemy is a coward and attacks us at our weakest. Just keep loving her and reassuring her that you love her and that Jesus will make a way. The lies are HEAVY and lot of the times but Jesus will lift them.

I quit smoking marijuana 30 days ago and today has been probably the worst day I’ve had so far. But throughout my busy day I felt God saying “ these are just feelings, they too shall pass “

I struggled with Marijuana also, and I realized it would fill me with negative thoughts. I've quit and went back over and over until finally I said enough is enough. Spending my energy and time on healthy outlets instead

I can remember praying for the ability to quit even while I was in the middle of smoking. I would cry out to God as I was inhaling the smoke…
We can not depend on our own human abilities, we have to ask for help. Admitting that we are weak makes our reliance on God that much stronger.
One day I just had enough, much like you said. I finally grew to the point of disgust with myself and my habit. I didn’t want to waste anymore time in the negative anymore either.
Just keep praying and the Lord will help you.

I’m watching this and crying. Anxiety, depression and ocd having been eating me alive these past 2 weeks. I feel like I’m drowning and I’m stuck. I’m tired of all this false intrusive thoughts. It’s not who I am but I sit here freaking out. I don’t want to be around anyone just wanna be left alone. I question everything and I tend to feel more sad by the end. Thank you for this 🥺 I needed this today more than ever. Lord Jesus Christ please renew my mind. I want to feel peace and happiness again and be able to share my love with my loved ones and not feel like it’s better to isolate. Thank you 🙏🏻

Hi Diana, I too am going through this for about the past month. It’s been awful. My head full of lies from the enemy. Telling me I’m not good enough, I’ll never be well, it’s a terrible time to be alive, I’m letting everyone down. I’ve had to change several things/habits lately that seems to be helping. I don’t watch the news, I’m using a sun lamp (light therapy lamp) b/c I love where it’s been gloomy & cold for weeks straight. The first thing I do in the morning is open my Bible app for the verse of the day, then I search on a good word on UA-cam. Lately that being this series. Nutrition is important too. I’ve been taking a good multivitamin & omega 3s. I really feel for you, but Im starting to see the silver lining. Im praying for you as well as others struggling.
You are not alone, God is truth and he is the only one that can set you truly free. I choose Jesus and I hope you do too. Amen.

I'm getting my mind right. I've battled anxiety and depression for over twenty-one years. It wasn't until I laid all of my hurt down at Jesus' feet that I was set free. I am now pursing my calling of becoming a Licensed Counselor in Oklahoma.

But you might want to check out the new book by Dr. Daniel Amen ( the guy whose life work has consisted of scanning/ imaging the brain, so that we understand that the mind is influenced by the HEALTH of the brain.) I would like to share my testimony. 2 weeks ago God save me from a very dark period in my life. I did not think i would make it out with ease i suddenly started having suicidal thoughts and anxiety I could hardly eat I could hardly sleep but God came through and saved me when I thought he had abandoned me . God showed me he has not abandoned me and still has me under his wing. He still loves me. If you are going through Anxiety God will never leave you God is always for you and God is with you God will always be looking at what's best for you and he will never forsake you at the end you will be victorious. There is a rainbow soon. The Sun will shine and the sun will shine again . Trust God, pray and know that God is here for you. I'd like to thank God for everything

Lord I need you to renew my mind! I'm so exhausted of always fearing the unknown and feeling like I need to expect the worst 😭 Trying to control situations and prepare for every bad thing that could happen is my stronghold.

God knew I needed this message today. I live in chronic pain, rarely sleep, take care of boys alone so yea...you could say that I struggle with negative thoughts. When you wake up in bad pain after only sleeping 3 hrs & you know it'll be the same day after day, it can be hard for my inner dialog to be positive. It's something I'm working on. Lord. Help me change my thinking 🙏

@@davidbaca4747 2 days ago I felt lost. Yesterday I did nothing but read the Bible and today I feel like Jesus is sitting next to me. He’s so great. I prayed for him so hard last night and here he is. He’s amazing.
I truly felt the Holy Spirit once in my life time and it felt like I had been dunked into water, I felt this wave of emotion come over me and I cried and cried and I couldn’t stop crying. It was the most beautiful feeling that I have ever experienced! Praise God!

I'm currently battling anxiety and depression it's going on for like a month now. I almost gave up but my will to live is so strong. I'm scared but I'm trying my best to keep my sanity. Honestly at first I never thought I'll be begging God to help me. But now I know that God is the one you call when you're in a dark place. I'm lucky I've found this video.

You set them feet on solid rock and steadied him on the path you set before him. You gave him a new song to sing…a song of praise to you. Abba, would you do what you did for David for @rhydenlac-amen7770? Would you deliver, rescue, restore and renew @rhydenlac-amen7770 who is going through the motions of living but just existing? You tell us we have not because we ask not, so we are asking now, Lord. We reach out for the hem of your garment so we might experience the healing only you can give. Why do we pray if everything happens for a reason? It’s like we judge God and then ask God to change his mind about what God is doing to us, we judge everything and everyone every time we speak correct? That would be u judging me if you agree or disagree
You aren’t the judges yet you judge every time you speak choosing one word over the other in a positive or negative manner yet we still choose to have bias opinions, opinions and options are closely worded because we have options in our opinion.
If we could look at the cup half full every time we think then what’s to say you can’t have everlasting happiness? Agree with me and I’ll call you a follower not a leader, disagree with me and I’ll say you’re a narcissistic hypocrite, a hypocrite for disagreeing with me because you wouldn’t want random people disagreeing with you yet you disagree with me which makes you a hypocrite.
I can make you wrong either way you go with any conversation you can think of or I can make you right for the same things, agree with me and it shows me that you have an understanding of communication and it makes you a leader in my eyes, always a zillion words that could be said about any conversation you can think of.
Basically everything you need is inside of you already, how does God hear your prayers? Maybe because God is inside of you helping you think, God doesn’t fight any crime because everything has God, we are tested by God every time we think, God controls everything bad and good that happens to you not some man made devil

I could not get out of bed yesterday morning because of depression and hopelessness, I thought. It seems I am overwhelmed with responsibility of family and lost my health and job. Jesus has, since yesterday, sent me message upon message, person upon person, blessing upon blessing and now this mind-blowing message. I now am reminded: my neural pathways truly suck. They suck the life out of me. I need to get back into the word and back around people who are in the word. Thank you, Pastor Steven, for obeying Christ and letting Him work through you.
