Listen up guys. He is saving you so much time. Years of growing to get these tips. If your smart you’ll listen it’s true. Everyone is different but there is a margin everyone has to hit
I just want to mention build a soil has awesome customer service. I had an issue with a shipment no questions asked they took care of me right away it was a DIY 200 gallon soil grassroot pot and a few amendments. I also got free shipping which was freight a pallet full. I'm very happy! I'm loyal to build a soil. 💯Bad ass thank you 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
This guy has a gift. There are so many idiots who know a lot but love the sound of their voices instead of sharing clearly and concisely like he's doing. I'm not 21. I'm out of time.
This is really valuble information, I've grown 5 or 6 times, one plant at a time, but now with legalization, I'm close to my first big multi plant outdoor harvest. I've been running pinkberry mimosa with aged compost, bone meal and fermented freshwater waterweed extract. Can't recommend the last one enough, it works wonders especially with heavy clay soil.
Yal hiring??? LoL. Come to Florida and let me run it 🥳 I got a lot of experience dealing with Florida weather. Outdoor, indoor and curing. It's different here I got buddies who grow semi large ops in Colorado and the drying tech there compared to here is different due to the hot humid FL weather. But the idea is the same 60%/60%. Getting your drying area to stay that way is what separates FL from Colorado. I think it's harder to get those %s consistently here in FL but once you get the ball rolling it's a snowball effect. Love your vids theres a lot of knowledge that your sharing in em. I learned a lot from yal or rather yal confirmed some of my suspicions. Your doing great work!👍thank you! 🙏
I love hearing this topic! just did my first whole plant dry and it was ready to smoke after 14 days! the product was stanky & tasty. Thanks for sharing so much!
You guys are awesome and I learn so much from you I'm not ready to graduate to living soil I just started with regular fox farm products but wanted to know if I throw away my soil after harvest or do you have a better idea for me to be able to save money in the future by reamending my soil some how . Thanks in advance
I guarantee a beginner will gain so much information from his videos. I know because at one time I was that beginner. I love to watch his videos to remind me of valuable information my memory forgets. No till organic movement for life!!!
Thank you so much for all the great info I got about eight months they’re outdoors grown in Massachusetts mostly sativa‘s in a lot of highbred Indica dominant cultivars all my seeds came from Mount Saint Helens in Oregon you gave me all great pointers and I got a 6 x 8 gorilla tent that I’m gonna Dry at 60° 60% humidity 16 days that’s gold
Just started my 1st grow and i can see how a pencil through the stalk theory got some movement. I accidentaly split a few branches training and the ones that would split would grow massive when they would heal compared to the rest. Those made some nice tall thick colas.
The best site I have seen yet!! Simple language and facts, also super accurate information keep up the great show! Really enjoy it brother!! All the best BK
I'm in Washington State, I started my plants off indoor and got them out in early spring. I harvested today, my closet is at 60% humidity, ranging from 65 to 71° night today The lowest humidity has gotten 58 humidity, 62° am I in the window??? I left the smaller buds on the plant outside, I have nine more days of great weather, amen hallelujah. Last time I dried them in the outdoor garage, it didn't come out well. I'm hoping for much better, in this closet dry. Thanks for all your tips get back at me and let me know if I'm on the beam. Thank you so much.
I was wondering why my weed didn't really need a cure and smelled and tasted great after the dry. Had it drying for 2 weeks in my tent at 60rh and 68°. On point video sir.
These videos are great, very helpful with your detailed explanations and views on certain subjects.👍 Is it possible for you to make a video of the resetting of the 3x3 bed? After harvesting should i grow new cover crop and then chop it down and add top dressing and compost with Bokashi? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks Jeremy for letting us pick your brain. You are definitely a living soil guru!
Just a comment to pump that algo. Love the passion, and not often I find some info I can learn from. You the man! Same journey here. Share the love of what provides us with everything the soil and hidden miracles of microbes and enzymes. Eat fresh from your garden and get love food and microbes and enzymes and have a happy healthy gut and life. You gotta earn the good stuff by putting in the work. It’s a lifestyle.
I had an issue when drying my Gorilla Glue but i solved it by hanging my plant in my mini drying tent and placing it in front of my air conditioner. I flipped the tent over so the fresh air intake hole was directly in front of the AC and I could set my AC on 67 and get the inside of the tent down to 62 degrees and the humidity stayed at 60. VERY nice smoke!!
I actually have.. had a plant just about break in half... we propped it back up best we could and it didn't grow much bigger but the buds seemed to be better then others of the same strain.
Remove fan leaves. Hang whole plant.. Trim Debone off the stems. In jars a few days then after the first 5 days add a humidity pack. UV absolutely 100% boosts trichomes terpene and resin production. I use my Agromax Pure UV-B after the 3 week stretch till the day of chop. And use UVA the after seedling stage all the way through flower.
I've been watching the first season and incorporating everything I learn into my own grow. I'm almost through the first series. My plan is to watch each season everything I start a new run. So, I've watched each episode in this seaon seveal times, and I always learn something new.
You're awesome, good stuff man. I'm drying some THC BOMB it's going well and I'm getting closer to a top shelf product. I've been trying to get this down for 4 years now. Finally... so many challenges along the way. But that's half the fun right. 😆
First time commenting without leaving a question (I think) I just wanted to say I really love what you guys are doing. The info you provide is invaluable not just about canna but the soil in general. As an indoor house plant grower who focuses on 'living soil' this approach has been my way of life for some time, but it is amazing seeing you guys push the envelope and really bring this info to the masses. thank you sooo much for answering my question and in such detail and thank you for all that you and the rest of the Build A Soil team do! much love
Something lots of people need to here… take your time 🙏🏼. Lots of people just wanna rush thing not caring about mold or other things 😒 I literally got a lung infection just from being around the plants and they weren’t mine🤦♂️.
For some reason i cant comment on episode 29, but i would love to see a quadrant as a sog, a bunch of small little clones to flower right away!! Again such amazing content man! Thank you so much for all your help and knowledge!!
Always enjoy your videos & the Q & A’s! My question is how about a video on re-amending used organic water only soil…in particular using the BAS craft blend. I currently use it to re-amend my SOHUM soil but always question if I’madding enough or what am I missing. Thanks✌️
Another great video Jeremy first thing did find a local supplier they didn't have much but got some blue corn , fenugreek and rice hulls unfortunately no craft blend , what's ur feelings on Brandon Rust and his ways
Love this series so much! Thanks for all the work. If growing in an earthbox with 3.0 after the first harvest should I grow a cover crop and cut it down and wait for it to turn into soil or can I just throw in some craft blend and castings maybe some kashi and just put another clone in and go for round two and start following the schedule again?
I already use Rootwise Enzymes every time I add Microbes, along with GroKashi a few times throughout the Grow. Would I profit from SST's? If so, how many times would you feed with it? This series Rocks, please keep doing what you're dong!!
Keep it up bro your helping me and probably thousands of others keep it coming very informative and educational your a very knowledgeable person don’t let it go to waste oh by the way you rock dude!
I'm always amazed how flower evolves in the curing stage after being dried and ready for jars then to a couple months later...if you know then you know
I use to live in Hartsel co. I was growing outdoor in 2016 I think I was and we got a crazy hail storm. I had my plants covered but the tarp ripped. My plants got destroyed they were in veg. Bu it I had some autoflowers that were about half way done. One of my autos got hit really bad. It was more then cut in half. That one auto did much better then the rest of the autos. It tasted better and surprisingly it yield more. And it had about 60% of the plant ripped off by hail, about half way through flower!!! One of my friends crops his plants by crushing the top of the plant with a huge heavy metal grill. Looks like its going to die, but a week later its like twice the size
Every video is great 👍.. I am interested in starting a worm bin I’ve already watched some videos about them but I would be more interested doing one buildasoil way could you make a Worm composting series from starting all the way to the harvest (use)?
Yo! I have really been thinking on this stress concept for quite some time considering the nature of terpene production being a defense mechanism. For outdoors i am experimenting with dryland farming, native soil and using biological inoculants/SST’s. I am trying to ride the line between a stressed out hard-working plant and one that receives everything it needs. For indoors I have this one little experiment going where I am flowering under higher blue spectrum 100w tiny LED light to see how the resin production reacts. Very smelly yummy tiny plants.
I’m enjoying these a ton, thanks for all the free information. Can you show exactly how you decide when to pull plants that are ready to be dried. I also want to see how you get the ladies out of the trellis without messing too much up.
my green gelato is in the last 5 days .shes beautiful . not 1 branch can hold the flowers and when yo yos on they bend like a smurfs hat. just lumps on lumps and covered with chrystals .RQS bravo
Love your vids too just subbed n liked bc of this one! Love how you put things in perspective and drop real knowledge and facts about alot of debating questions when it comes to growing! 👍💯👌
so I am actually a beginner this is actually my second year of growing . my first year I yield roughly a pound and a half and I have to say the bud was phenomenal . not knowing anything about it naturally I did an enormous amount of research which entailed help me out tremendously. My second year I grew about 10 plants and these were actually auto flowers where last year my plants were from seed to harvest. I noticed on the auto flowers that the buds for some reason aren’t as big as the buds that I had last year. My question is am I not giving my plant enough nutrients or am I not allowing the plants to grow longer than they need to? Again keep in mind that this is only my second year and my research has taught me so much. It goes to show that knowledge is power. My question to youWhat can I do next year to yield nicer buds nicer plants?
@BuildASoil What is the best seed teas for the flowering phase? I just started using corn, alfalfa, barley and the results were immediate. Thanks for knowledge.
You've talked a lot about container size in the 10 by 10. What are your thoughts about outdoor pot sizing? The environment matters as much as the pot size? Growing in the Earth with proper amendments? There is a lot of dryland farming of grapes in my area.
Love the entire series and everything BuildASoil does. I know you get flooded with questions.... What's the difference between the Coots Mix and the mixes in the 10x10 series. Thanks Jeremy and the entire team 🤙👊
Hey I grow outdoors in Michigan and I’m going to give living soil a try this year and was wondering what the best method of saving your soil over the winter is? May be dumb question but can they handle the freezing temps or should I try to move all soil into garage or something. Thanks
Keep it outside if its in a large container (20 gal+). I also like to cover mine with a pile of leaves to help insulate it a bit. You're going to have a lot more biological negatives associated with lack of water than cold temps. Think about how many days throughout the winter are above freezing and sunny. Microbes will work in these conditions (especially the ones native to your area), but not without water. Ive had my containers out for 3 years and every year has noticeably quicker growth. Don't restart the whole inoculation process if you don't have to!
Great video, Excellent explanation. I had been wondering about the actual difference between drying and curing when it comes to a slowwwwwww dry. This was very helpful, Thanks.
I get pups or suckers from salvia flowers in the right conditions when I prune dead stuff I rip em off and put em in a flower box let em grow right before or as they're flowering and it's cool cloudy and rainy I'll transfer them into the flower bed they kind of suck back up their energy and after 2 years one in the box to the bed then their first year waking up in their permanent home they're a solid 20% bigger than ones that have been in the ground for over 5 years
❤❤🪴🏒🥅😊🌻🌻🌻🐶🐾🐾🧬 what’s up Jeremy I have been using your craft blend in your worm cast absolutely amazing products. Thank you so much for all the help. Much appreciation from the east coast.😊
I know you.said temp isn't as important as humidity but this year the heat as been ridiculous. Drying area with air and multiple fans, and a 50 liter dehumidifier running at 50 rh keeps things mid 80 degrees and 60 rh in the day....and low 70s and 60 rh at night....I should have waited next week the temp drops 10 degrees but it was done now..don't thing it would made it another week in the heat... any ideas I left as much of the leaves on as possible as well as cut whole plant down.... any other ideas to get the dry time to slow down. Smells and flavors were unbelievable this round and I hate to have it all go out the window due to a crappy dry cure
Happy plant- better flower! Are humans better when stressed?...does the rose that grew from concrete turn out better then one that was loved and cared for?? 😎
Not sure how you do it but you somehow know exactly what I'm doing when I'm doing it.. started my first sst this morning. Not sure why its still get me... been grown for over 15 years now, but I started my living soil journey the week before season 1 started and we've been in sync ever since! Thanks again for being awesome. 🙏🏻🌱🤙🏼
Honestly this is my favorite thing on UA-cam right now by far look forward to every episode
same!
Love love love. Bless UP Brother !

I APPRECIATE THE FREQUENCY OF VIDEOS! 👏🏽 YALL KNOW WE JUST WANNA WATCH & LEARN
BROTHER YOU EXPLAINED THE TRUTH ABOUT DRYING. MY FIRST FEW YEARS I RUINED ALL MY HARD WORK AND LOVE
Two years ago me and my buddy got like 11 pounds from our outdoor. We let it hang in 65/65 for 20days. Was absolutely perfect.
Love the faq videos so much! Keeps my mind working on all sorts of subjects/projects. Really like the idea of a bloom booster worm bin.
Hello hello everybody!!! Can't wait to sit back and watch this , cheers !

This is easily the best series of info on UA-cam that I’ve come across!
I love hearing this topic! just did my first whole plant dry and it was ready to smoke after 14 days! the product was stanky & tasty. Thanks for sharing so much!
One of the most crucial episodes,

Yoooo this channel is the best thing on UA-cam. Great stuff my dude.
Very helpful! Thanks! I live in a very humid area so drying/curing has been a struggle the last few years.
My favorite channel right now. Thanks from the Netherlands
This guy is spreading gospel. Appreciate you, keep it up

Absolutely the best informational page soil to harvest to curing.
The best site I have seen yet!! Simple language and facts, also super accurate information keep up the great show! Really enjoy it brother!! All the best BK
Food grade diatomaceous earth helps rid the body of heavy metals and it makes you grow hair like crazy too
Best, easiest to understand, intelligent knowledgeable information on UA-cam. THANK YOU SIR.
Awesome I’m glad u touched on the worm bin , easy to setup, great knowledge 🙏
Thanks Jeramy. I’ve been growing since the eighties and this is one of the most informative videos I’ve ever seen. Great job
Dude! You Sir are a awesome teacher. Thank you for information.

Thanks for answering my question! Looking forward to the next 10x10 update :)
These videos are great, very helpful with your detailed explanations and views on certain subjects.👍
Is it possible for you to make a video of the resetting of the 3x3 bed? After harvesting should i grow new cover crop and then chop it down and add top dressing and compost with Bokashi? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks Jeremy for letting us pick your brain. You are definitely a living soil guru!

Just keeps getting better by the episode!!! Hallelujah
Thanks for this. Maintaining a proper environment for drying and curing has been a challenge.
ONLY THING I LOOK FORWARD TOO! thankyou BuildASoil!
Best drying advice I've heard in 24 years
Dry for 7 days then throw in Grove Bags for two weeks..a whole month process condensed in two weeks no burping required
I actually have.. had a plant just about break in half... we propped it back up best we could and it didn't grow much bigger but the buds seemed to be better then others of the same strain.
Can you use diatomaceous earth in organic soil beds?
Remove fan leaves.
Hang whole plant..
Trim
Debone off the stems.
In jars a few days then after the first 5 days add a humidity pack.
UV absolutely 100% boosts trichomes terpene and resin production.
I use my Agromax Pure UV-B after the 3 week stretch till the day of chop.
And use UVA the after seedling stage all the way through flower.
Just starting this series! Thanks for the value tips!
I grow in too small of containers to really do a "no till" so I just run my soil back through my worm bins......seems to work good.
If moving the soil to a bin. That is differently a till.
I just have worms in my 4x4. They are always working.
I love my worms.
Do you use great White?
I'm literally the target demographic for this channel and the algorithm took a long time to make the recommendation
The algorithm didn't think you were really all about cannabis. It thought you were just posturing. Lol
Very good products you guys sell.Your videos are flawless you hit every angle! Thanks
Thanks✌️
this whole series is beautifully done
Quality mate thanks man 🙏one of the most concise and simplest explanations for me
Another great video Jeremy first thing did find a local supplier they didn't have much but got some blue corn , fenugreek and rice hulls unfortunately no craft blend , what's ur feelings on Brandon Rust and his ways
These videos are the best growing content I have found yet, keep up the great work! You are helping so many people.
Incredible amount of useful information with a flawless presentation. These FAQs are gold. Thank you.
Man Jeremy, I can’t get enough of your knowledge
Awesome way to start the sunday!
Great show bro.ive been hooked since day 1 of the 10 by 10
Appreciate all the knowledge and advice you give it is very helpful to new growers such as my self keep on doing you your doing great things! 👍
This was the most informative curing video I found on youtube. Had my full attention throughout the video.
Keep it up🤟
Love this series so much! Thanks for all the work. If growing in an earthbox with 3.0 after the first harvest should I grow a cover crop and cut it down and wait for it to turn into soil or can I just throw in some craft blend and castings maybe some kashi and just put another clone in and go for round two and start following the schedule again?
Great knowledge here always Bless up Each one' Teach one ☝🏻💚🌱🌿🌳
One of the questions I have is about a plant that’s bolting, what causes that, heat, lights, too much aging
What would you suggest for drying in Hawaii? The humidity in my house never goes below 75% humidity.
You are going to help so many people find a great hobby🤙
I already use Rootwise Enzymes every time I add Microbes, along with GroKashi a few
times throughout the Grow.

Always coming with great simple educational videos. Make me not see the jump as a risk
Uva/uvb and it's impact on size of trichome head interests me.
Super important for hash.
Every video is great 👍.. I am interested in starting a worm bin I’ve already watched some videos about them but I would be more interested doing one buildasoil way could you make a Worm composting series from starting all the way to the harvest (use)?
Jeremy all your book recommendations have taught me so much. Is there a list anywhere of the books you recommend to read?

@BuildASoil What is the best seed teas for the flowering phase? I just started using corn, alfalfa, barley and the results were immediate. Thanks for knowledge.
Diversity is best they all have their own added benefits
@@madcannagrow2833 Yes, word. But some have a better use for bloom. I'm trying to find which ones. I've heard mung bean is one for phosphorus.
You've talked a lot about container size in the 10 by 10. What are your thoughts about outdoor pot sizing? The environment matters as much as the pot size? Growing in the Earth with proper amendments? There is a lot of dryland farming of grapes in my area.

Amazing knowledge! Top notch video!
Great content!
Depends on the size of the buds 60° Fahrenheit and 45% humidity does well with bigger buds.
