He inspired me to stop eating meat circa 1980 and he still inspires with his bullshit-free delivery.

Animals feel pain and suffer from being confined and maltreated just like us.

I wouldn't say it won't happen, hundreds of years ago, the idea that slavery is wrong was unheard of.

I don't feel responsible for a lot of people and things either either, still I would definitely claim that both me and animals and anybody I woudlNt care care about has rights just like me too. right.

ugh, all of you shut up.
Vegetarians don't have to be anorexic grass eaters. I live a full and happy life without meat. It is proven to be healthier and honestly I wouldn't even care if it wasn't healthier. It is morally wrong to treat ANY creature that way. And for those of you who say we should stop worrying about animals and do something good for people, I'll have you know that I probably do more work for humans than you will your entire life. But there is no peace if animals are suffering.

The man is a hater. I forgive him, but he nearly wrecked my life along with the Animal Liberation Front. All is forgiven though. Peace.

Im all for vegetarian/vegan lifestyles...i just think humans have more work to do for each other, if that can be accomplished and made a priority, it should transition into better treatment and respect for all life on the planet.

Thats why being vegan or vegetarian comes first cause if you can treat animals right then the more yu can treat others right

Many nonhuman-animals are more intelligent than human infants & some human adults who suffer from severe mental retardation. If some1 can feel pain, should it matter how smart s/he is?We would never claim that infants/severely mentally retarded adults should be used in painful experiments, have skin worn as clothing, hunted, used for entert'mnt,or eaten bcause they have no concept of responsability. When it comes to experiencing pain, other animals are our equals.

There are numerous, multiple, things to worry about in the world than animals getting eaten or even experimented on
Sorry but it is way down the list on 'things to give a fuck about'.
    No disrespect, honestly.

Humans are the biggest problem, were the ones killing the environment. Environment should come first before selfishness. Also all the foods feed to animals are wasted while they could just be served to the starving but no we waste the food others need

Yes, over 20 billion animals per year being slaughtered is utterly irrelevant, as is the catastrophic harm industrialised meat production has on the eco system. You utter moron.

If we were "meant" to be vegetarians we would have been born without incisors.
I respect all of you that are veggies, but please don't frown upon those that do eat meat, you are'nt any better than us because you choose to abstain, get off you r moral high horses and do something that will benefit EVERYONE.
    Peace.

    • @dobr4481
      @dobr4481 Рік тому

Actually people who abstain from meat are 'better' than you, if only because they're not participating in a process which destroys billions of animals every year & does catastrophic harm to the environment. Of course I realise that choosing not to be involved in a process which causes massive deforestation, water pollution & irreversible harm to the planet is not benefitting anyone. Maybe I ought to remove my incisors after I've declawed myself 😆

Heh heh. A friend of mine recalled seeing Colin Jerwood eating a Mc Donalds in a branch near the Astoria just before the Conflict live 1984 gig was recorded. He asked him what he was doing as he thought he was against all that stuff! Colin panicked 'Please don't tell anyone! My pal laughed him off. He only told people with a sense of humour.
