Royal music similar to Starwars- • Sounds like STAR WARS ...
Awesome! A masterpiece!
Nice project, too bad it's too expensive to build. I don't have a 3D printer, so I would have to rely on an external company to mold the parts, and to print them all it takes something like 500 euros ($525). Not to mention the cost of the rest of the components...
Oh you broke your mount at 5:25 I struggled with support placement on that model. Doing another set with denser infill! Love this build
Also be carefull with the eyes and eyesupport, I recommend to print them 50% infill or more.
Theres a method to make the movement more organic you shuild look into it
What is the length of the rod being used?
1.6mm rod (welding wires)😉
What a cool project! Subscribed 🙂
Thanks James!
@@HendrikxWorkshop you’ve got me looking up 3d printers now :) can you recommend a good beginner level printer that would be able to create this rig?
@@pubbets7290 yes, I recommend a Creality Ender 3 Pro or Creality Ender 3 v2. I have both and they work well.
Is his body made out of abs or asa material by chance? If not, what did you use? Thanks so much in advance!!
I used PLA, but you can use ABS or a different material if you need more resistant parts.
Thank you!
Yeah I'm in to watch this. Subscribed.
Whens the rest of the files coming?
Hi Chris. It's a developing project, I hope to post the files in the next few weeks, but I am stil working on them.
@@HendrikxWorkshop ok thanks
What is the diameter of the Glass Cabochon Transparent lens?
I wish I knew!
sorry, it is 35mm
I wish supports were easier to remove. I've noticed that different slicers do supports a bit different. I tried using Cura's slicer and had a terrible time removing supports (maybe not quite setup right). I then tried Prusa's with a bit of a tweak and still hard, but not as painful, but overall love this build. Very cool
Hi Travis! Yes, I aggree! But watch this video - ua-cam.com/video/FfiQLWprcIU/v-deo.html
@@HendrikxWorkshop That was totally helpful. I now have supports and working on next part. Thanks a bunch. Very much appreciated :) :)
Any idea on final cost to build baby yoda?
Hello Halon181! Not really...I haven't finished the project yet, I know it's expensive, but I consider it an investment in knowledge. The way I see it is that paying for a course or training is not the only way to learn, building a project like this is complex and you will learn a lot, electronics, mechanics, robotics, 3D printing and animatronics.
But when I finish I post a cost estimate 😊
Ok, I need to learn how to make silicon skins now... :D
Hi Tosh! me too 😁
Noice yooo
Hello
Hi - I love the baby yoda you are creating. Could you please contact me i would like to discuss possibly making a video about this. Thank you and keep up the great work.
Please inform an email
@@HendrikxWorkshop It won''t let me add it for some reason - I'll try to find you on another platform
