the elmar 35mm is one of my fav lenses, from the 1930s it is one sharp lens and decent shallow DOF at f3.5. The elmar just looks too cute on a slim body!
Just use an app for lightmeter, anyway once you´re experienced probably you´ll just figure out the settings in your mind by looking at the light available.

Thank you for the review. Very useful, especially regarding the build observations.
Glad it was helpful!
Great to see some super cool photos from Hk, I'm there a couple of times a month myself from Shenzhen. Best regards, Jay.
Glad you enjoyed it
been using leica cl with komura 35f2.8 + jupiter-3 50f1.5 + mrokkor 90f4 for so long now. lightweight yet effective
A very good combination indeed !
Does the frame line work with 35 mm lens? How do you focus when you take pictures? Thanks.
Has 40/50/90mm framelines… so you need to estimate a little :)
Focusing is simile to the m with the rangefinder patch
@@threeamigoshk thanks. I just got the CL with Voigtlander 15 mm lens. A bit struggling how to shoot it. 😃
