    Are you 12th pass or a graduate? Do you have 50% mark in your 12th or 45% marks in your graduation? Would you like to become a Lawyer now? If you want to become an Advocate now, you still can be one. It is not late. You can pursue LLB even after your graduation. You will only have to study LLB for 3 years when you are a degree holder. Don’t you think that is a plus point for you?
    To become a Lawyer, you need to do LLB or BA.LLB. But before that, you need to appear for an entrance test. This examination is known as CLAT- Common Law Admission Test. All the candidates willing to become a Lawyer should pass this entrance test.
    Any candidate who has passed his/her degree or waiting to appear for the final semester can also apply for CLAT Examination. 50% mark is necessary for all the candidates to attend CLAT. For SC/ST candidates, there will be a concession in the percentage. If you are eligible then you can apply for CLAT Examination whenever you need. Every year this entrance exam is conducted. You can always check their official website to know about the notifications they publish.
    Registration for CLAT: The registration process is very simple. The application form is available on the site and you can easily fill the form, upload a few documents and exam fee to complete the registration procedure. You can either pay the fee online or remit it in any of the ICIC Bank with the challan given. So, do not waste your time. If you have strong desire to become a Lawyer, then apply now before the last date of application.
    Lawyer income: A lawyer can earn between Rs. 2 Lakhs to Rs. 4 Lakhs per annum, depending upon the specialization and experience. There are advocates who are said to charge Rs. 5 lakh to Rs. 1 crore for one Court appearance. For many lawyers, it's Challenging to maintain their Profession in the Nobel mode.
