The most beautiful Olympic Stadium in the World!

Hope you enjoyed the visit. HaHoHe Hertha BSC
Nice one Chris, enjoy the game tomorrow. 👍
Thanks Chris
Very iconic, it looks like a gladiatorial arena. Were you tempted to run around the pitch Chris for old times sake :-)
Looks like you enjoyed the tour. I can just recommend everyone to do ot as it is also covers parts of german history... there’s also a magnificent view from the bell tower (Glockenturm) that i highly recommend to visit
Good video Chris.👍👍👍👍
Nice one, enjoy your trip Chris. Sorry to say tomorrow night you may not enjoy. Like the rest if us.
thanks Chris for these extras and not being a stereotypical lagerlout sticking to the Irish bars
This stadium looks so plain compared to the MCG in Melbourne. Truly worlds apart from 1930's to 1990's architecture. How did it survive WW2?
What a comment, I had to laugh out loud. Nobody, fucking nobody knows a cricket stadium like this anywhere in the middle of nowhere.
This thing in Melbourne is abysmally ugly and horribly boring!
The Olympic Stadium in Berlin is recognised as an absolute icon in world sport and an architectural landmark of global significance.
No other stadium in the world has seen the most important finals in the most important sports in the world: 1936 Olympic Games (Jesse Owens Games) 2006 WC Final, 2009 World Athletics Championships (Usain Bolt 9.58 seconds!), 2015 Uefa Champions League Final and the final of the 2024 Uefa Euro 2024.
Why was the stadium not destroyed? You can read about it on Wikipedia.
It was an important landmark for the pilots for orientation and generally it would have been completely pointless to destroy it, it had no strategic significance.
The British were very happy to use it after the war.
thought it was the london stadium for a minute
Say hi to Kinsman for us
RikoAzusa - he left Hertha a few weeks ago
@@mccuejonathan All the more reasons! Get him back for our coach staffs
Beautiful stadium but too far from the pitch
It is an OLYMPIC stadium, what do you expect?
They are also known as the spurs of Germany.. cause they only won the league twice!!😆😆😆
It's Dortmund, known as for having a Ironlad board like us
They should name the stadium after Jesse Owens, for how he proved Hitler wrong and stood up for human rights and democracy with four gold medals.
COYS
11 Euros? that's about 10 Euros more than I would pay to tour that stadium.
looks a dump to me to be fair, how far from the pitch is it jesus be useless with my eyesight
It is an OLYMPIC stadium, what do you expect?
hitler era's stadium
Hitlers stadium
But of a plain Jane stadium isn’t it
No character what so ever
