So in essence, you want to stay away from offsuit stuff (even as strong as AQo!) and a general call range would be 22+, suited connecters starting from 54s (54s/65s/76s/87s/98s/T9s).. All the suited broadway hands. And with the suited aces, you want to fold A2s/A6s/A7s, but if you want to a general rule here, just fold the A6s and you can continue w/o making a decent error here.
22+, Suited broadway, AKo, A2s-A9s (w/o A6s), 54s-T9s and T8s/J9s for a button call range vs utg (of course, with some 3-bets as well).

as your play of 10/10. poker is a game of playing with BAD players in GOOD games. you win all your money in very few hands.

How can you fold the pocket 10s hand. You had to put in 65$ and see the flop.. if he raises 200 ir more sure fold but I'm not holding to a mid raise. And the pocket QQ way to tight
Not deep enough to be call a 4bet preflop with the 10s. Would need to be at least $650 effective. Villain only had maybe $350 left behind after the raise.
The QQ might be too tight but in my experience at low stakes live poker, the player pool tends to play their draws too passively and they raise too often with the strong portion of their range, especially on wet/dynamic boards. If they are only raising their sets and two pairs then it’s an easy fold. If you put a hand like AJ or KJ spades in his check/raising range then it becomes closer.
Seriously- you’re not that good a player- I see a lot of bad plays
Appreciate you watching and the feedback. It would be helpful if you could point out the “bad plays” and offer some thoughts m on how I can improve my thought process, range analysis and overall play. Just saying you aren’t that good doesn’t really mean much.
I think with the Q10 of hearts hand you had a great turn read that he didn't like the spade...when the spade came on the turn I think that was the perfect card for you to bet like 95 into 130...I appreciate you giving us an honest view of your thought process...the pocket 77 hand I think you take a minute and think it through....most small stake players try to slow play hands and with two kings it is hard to believe he has a king and when you check call your hand looks so strong to him....good luck and sending you some run good

Preflop good. Flop good (raising would not be optimal).
Turn is player dependent. If it's a good aggressive opponent with a wide 3-bet range in the bb, you should continue here. If it's a tight player with a tight-range 3-bet in bb here, it's a fold.
This hand is not "lightning money on fire". This is a very standard hand. Every single hand you are continuing with here is basically a call here.
Player was an unknown. The assumed a tight 3-betting range.
I would not have folded QQ. He could have been overplaying top pair. There’s also flush and straight draws out there. Keep grinding!
Most people would not have folded QQ in that spot. My analysis of most players at low limits is that they tend to play passive with their top pairs and draws, so they call flop at a pretty high frequency with that portion of their range especially on wet/dynamic boards like JT7 with two spades. So the question is what portion of their range is raising on this type of board texture? The answer is all of their sets and two pairs. Not doing too well against the portion of their raising range on this particular board.
Now if we were playing at a game where I know my opponents are capable of raising this flop with both their semi-bluffs, two pairs, sets and top pair hands, then it would be a call. Most players just aren’t capable of doing that at the lower limits so I think an exploitative fold is the better option in this spot.
How many days/week and hours/week are you playing at Bellagio these days?
I average about 50 hours a month so about 15 hours per week. That’s spread across 3 days per week.

KJdd: You were bluffing. I don't think you can bet this large with 2nd pair and expect to get called by worse more than 50% of the time, especially when you 3bet pre. Betting this flop and turn screams AK.
TT I think is a call, only because you need only 28% equity to call 65. Vs a range of AA/KK/AK, you have 40% equity.
TT: even with the stacks being a bit shallow? He only had maybe $360 behind after the 4bet.

You’re a NIT! (the last hand, QQ). I wouldn’t mind a check on the flop, multi way, pot control, etc., but a bet is good too… but I’m never folding to 1 bet and especially a min raise. Feels a lot like a pair plus draw trying to find out where they’re at. Spend the extra $60 and see what he does on the turn. My 2 pennies.
@@mtnflyer9859 it wasn’t a min raise. He made it 3x to $120. It’s a nitty fold but in a multiway pot check/raise is soooo strong.
Mntflyer9859 You obviously aren’t an experienced poker player if a player at all. First of all it was not a min raise plus most low stakes players do not bluff in that situation, that player probably had 2 pair or a set at a minimum he had AA or KK. Panic Poker Good Fold! I watch to see what decisions you make and how you play hands. It doesn't matter to me it's not always exciting. I would rather see an overall representation of your sessions instead of a bunch of cherry-picked crowd-pleaser hands.

I overthink it sometimes and in my mind, people want to see coolers, big pots, big bluffs etc…and if I don’t get any of those in a session I think people won’t be interested. It’s good to know that the thought process and decisions + how I approach the hands are interesting in and of themselves.
I loved the QQ fold, I think the same but I call and usually lose.

Hi Jason long time watcher first time commenting. Loved all your plays this video Folding the queens is not too tight. I play at the shark tank in Columbus Ohio. There is no rake just 30 dollars a day. Portland is the same no rake just 20 dollars a day. I would advise you to move to Portland until you build your bankroll to play at the Wynn 2-5 game with a 1500 buy in. Just something to think about. - Sammy S.

Which card room in Portland? $20 a day is very inexpensive. Is there a membership fee they charge on top of that?
There is a few different card rooms. The 2 worth going to are Portland meadows and the game. The main game at both is 1-2. Max buy in at meadows is 400. Max buy in at the game is 500. Both are 20 dollars a day with no membership fees or anything taken out for promos. If you do move I would also suggest living in Vancouver Washington since there is no state income tax. It makes a big difference at the stakes you play I would estimate at least 30k a year you’re paying in rake. Cheers -Sammy S

That fold on the last hand was so bad
@@rubenrocha2630 maybe, hard to say. Check/raise in a multiway pot is incredibly strong. It’s one of those spots where if it ends up all in by the turn or river we are almost never good.
