      yeah sharp version is very compact, pc version have like 2 mb with extra files to run on modern windows

    This uses YM2151 by itself unlike most arcades and Sharp home computers do.

      With all the percussion used throughout this soundtrack, I find it infinitely impressive how they managed to pull it off with the same sound chip that was first applied to video games with Marble Madness back in 1984.

      @@wormaheldharrier3122 The people on Marble Madness were trying to make sense of the chip, it was really not so easy, especially if you didn't have a good sound bank. A little bit later we already had some amazing tracks. In 1986 Fantasy Zone, with the same chip and no ADPCM, sounded pretty amazing in variety and percussions: ua-cam.com/video/NNb7PRlugwY/v-deo.html

      @@florianb3935 you’re right about people trying to work out the YM2151 when it was first in use. My main point was to highlight how far video game composition and technical audio wizardry had come since then.
