Many people aren’t aware of the benefits of fresh fruits and vegetables. Well, I’m ready to share what I’ve been learning along my juicing and health journey!
I’ll be sharing with you all how I personally make my own watermelon juice and the benefits they have.
Anything valuable to your health is good for you!
Ingredients:
1. Medium size watermelon
2. 1-2 tablespoons Lemon or lime juice
3. Mint leaves

I ate watermelon everyday for a month straight just loads of it and when I say my skin was so clear and glowing ❤❤ I gotta have it NOW !!!

You're juicing the lemon wrong. The lemon goes cut side down not cut side up.

Leave the skin on the water melon and the lime/lemon as you have thrown 80% of the good stuff away, oranges - just slice the out skin off but leave the white pith on.

HI! I have the same juicer but when I juice the watermelon it leaks a bit on the top of the pitcher? does that happen to you? Blessings!
If I’m adding to much at once I believe so. But also that style juicer does leak a lot I noticed.

Can you get these same benefits from eating watermelon as well or you have to juice it?
Of course! Either way you choose will be good. Watermelon has a high percentage of water, which helps curve your appetite and keeps you full longer. So either way, I love including watermelon in my fruit bowls for lunch or a snack. ♥️
Does the watermelon you juice have black seeds ? Does it matter if you can’t find seeded watermelon. Does seedless help with glowing skin.

Watermelons juice can break your fast depending on what type of fast you are doing. There are juice only fasts, water fasts and dry fasts. Possibly other different types of fasts depending on what your goals are.

Is there a key to keep g the watermelon from separating after it sits? I made some and the next day it seem to be separating and I had to shake it up.
That is natural separation and is supposed to happen.
