@Anurag Lamba You can literally say that about anyone, Iron Man, War Machine, Hawkeye, Black widow, Antman, Wasp etc. What makes them cool isn't what they have, but they do with what they have. Even Steve knows this, cause of all his army pals back at WW2, the Howling Commandos. He didn't fought that war alone, he had help from all of the guys that didn't have powers. Seeing how much Bucky wanted Sam to take the mantle and how much internal struggle Sam had with accepting it...really made the ending a satisfying payoff. He truly is Captain America now. I can't wait to see more of him.
The scene where after their fight with US agent, Bucky threw him the bloodied shield and Sam trying to wipe it off gave me goosebumps. It shows that if you run away from your responsibilities, it bites you in the back.
@Riorozen I feel like MCU Bucky has been through so much, being brainwashed for so long and the trauma around that and all the people he’s killed, I think being Cap’s partner is all we should ask of him. Let Sam hold that responsibility - Bucky should just work on getting whole.
@Riorozen I mean the whole point was that Captain America was so great not only because he was strong, but because of what he represents. Dude was an embodiment of virtue with a strong moral compass, truly a hero. So when he was gone there was no obvious candidate to replace him because of how outstanding this person was. Sam thought he wasn't good enough. Bucky knew he wasn't good enough. And John failed as a Cap because he was just it - a good soldier. And he was judged as someone who has much more responsibilies. As he said himself - he got a big shoes to fill. Cap supposed to be morally superior person from the very beginning. But back then they needed a super soldier, now they need a symbol.
Seeing the way Cap incorporates the Wingsuit into his fighting style is one of the best things from TFATWS. He'd mainly been a ranged combatant before but seeing him as a brawler is a really nice twist and it's fitting too.
@@dancingcarapace Although, it's a bit weird to call him Captain America since he is still using his Falcon gear but in Captain America colors and wielding Cap's shield. Like two heroes fused into one.
Man. This show was incredible and IMO felt so necessary showing the transition from The Falcon to Captain America. The world over fell in love with Chris Evans’ Steve Rogers, and Anthony Mackie’s Sam Wilson had BIG shoes to fill. But the actor (and subsequently the character Sam himself) stepped up to the plate to carry the shield. The show did wonderfully showing why Sam is worthy. He’s my Captain America 🥹🇺🇸🫡
I could see the Marvel logo now. You got Captain America (Sam Wilson) throwing the shield. Wanda absorbing her magic from Agatha and becoming the Scarlet Witch. Loki looking up at the statue of Immortus after the Multiverse is returned. Black Widow free falling through debris. Shang-Chi having a tug of war with the Ten Rings, with his Dad. The Eternals fighting The Deviants, etc.
This Show is mad underrated! I like that we got to see more on sam's backstory and training, im glad that Bucky got the help he needed! and im so glad they did falcon justice unlike in the movies the villain is underrated as well and I liked her origin and the design from Falcon to Captain America is just amazing!
I was very skeptical of the "Marvel TV Show" idea (mainly due to the abundance of bad TV shows we've gotten) but I've been very impressed with WandaVision and FATWS. It doesn't feel like a TV show... it feels like a long movie. Excited for what's to come!
Watch the Netflix stuff as well. Very different styles and tones. Iron Fist season 1 wasn't good (Finn Jones wasn't given much training before filming and he seemed to struggle with getting emotions through an American accent) but season 2 was nice. It's quite different from the Arrowverse.
Of all the Avengers members, Steve's Captain America is my favorite, but Sam Wilson's Captain America, who presented the new possibility of aerial combat, is surprisingly not bad👍
I honestly don't mind him being underpowered. He is after all just human. It's how he overcomes obstacles by using the things he has (the shield, his wings, and his fighting capabilities) that makes him stands out
The great thing about Falcon is that he’s so human compared to the rest. Before he became the new CAP, he doesnt have any superpower like everyone, not a god or a spy agents. Doesnt have sorcerer magic, or bitten by a spider or got gamma in his blood to be hulky. He’s just your regular human who flies with a mechanical wings fighting for what he thinks is right. He doesnt have armor to aid him and fought enemies head on with only his whole body as a weapon. People cant handle that flight in that speed with no protection. Your shoulders took the strain of the wings, not to mention flying without a mask can be painful. Thats why Iron Man and War Machine wear suits so they dont have any of that problems while in flight. Falcon had full control of himself in flight, utilizing his own body as his weapon and if that is not amazing to you, then idk what is. Its why Cap gave him the shield and the title. He deserved it all and Bucky understood why he deserve it. Captain America on its own was already scary on foot, a newly updated Captain America who can control the skies is even more terrifying in my opinion.
3:00 i love how he burried his Wings to the Ground and place it right underneath the Shield to Hold the Weight of that Crashing Helicopter, i just love details like that, that indicates he is not a Superhuman.
@Anurag Lamba He has a vibranium suit now that can make up for the strength difference and he can fly plus he has the shield now and he trained so no he's not a weakling.
@Anurag Lamba An ace flyer with vibranium wings that can easily outfight most people beyond the most ridiculous of fighters and has 2 drones that are not only capable on their own but provide on board intelligence that cap never fielded? No, he's pretty damn scary to engage and this is also ignoring the fact that he was running point in the battle of Wakanda as well. He isn't as well rounded as Steve, but his unique skillset is what makes him stand apart from Steve.
Well, all steve enemy mostly run with chopter, the only one still can't do, like one scene that he trying to holding that heli with his hand But now cap with wings is pretty much you can't run anymore
I really loved how sam uses his wings to make a protective Cage against that helicopter Plus the shot that sam brought karli down after her death was such a great shot. Truly looks like an angel there
Not like that shield has ever obeyed any laws of physics before. Sometimes throwing it at a tree is enough to lodge it in the tree. Other times throwing it at some pads makes it bounce back like its a yoyo on a string.
Sam Wilson is obligated in my opinion to say either "Falcon Paaaawnch" or "Show me your moves" at some point in the MCU now that he's effectively Captain Falcon
Falcon is far more skilled than vulture. Falcon 7/10 Vulture 3/10. Plus with Falcon new wings set and shield he literally would destroy vulture under a minute or 5
I really enjoyed this series and the passing of the mantle to Sam Wilson. At first, I was a bit skeptical of him being before Bucky, but once again, Marvel didn't dissapoint. Especially, at such a time where race has been a large issue. That being said, I wasn't even looking at things from a race standpoint until after. What a great transition to these characters! Super greatful to see the mixture of tools this black hero can incorporate. While I hope it doesn't become over-political, I am glad they did Sam in a solid way. I look forward to seeing his stand-alone and really enjoyed his messages during the end of that film. Gimme more.
Tbh I didn’t really care about race or that they chose falcon as the new captain America until it was brought up in the show. But the show did show the hardships of black soldiers and other black people. Especially Isiah and how they treated him and why he was pessimistic about a black captain America ever happening.
@@____-gy5mq I don't think that had anything to do with it, but it would make sense and add up to why they signed sebastian to so many films. Perhaps a part These? These guys forming this giant piece of artwork is seriously mesmerizing. Such a cumulative creation of soon-to-be decades-long work is not only artistic in its sense, but committedly beautiful. To have the desire and patience to tell a life-long, passionate, fictional, sci-fi story of so many people is sheer greatness. For actors to bash on that and not realize that, clearly aren't in it for the art and what they do, but for the $$$$
When it comes to pure defense Sam in my opinion is the mst defensive. The way his combat has improved has definitely made him one of the best all rounded heroes and I’m pretty sure Steve taught him so moves for sure. Always felt like Sam was never as powerful as he could’ve been but now he is. And with the wings and the shield feels like he could block anything.
Was unsure of how Sam would use the shield in combo with the guns and wings, but ditching the guns was the right call. The sad thing about rapid-fire weapons is that in movies they can’t do any actual damage consistently, because that would be too strong. Half the scenes Sam is in, he just kinda flies in front of ppl with the guns firing and nothing really happens. I think the only moments his attacks have actual impact is when he uses Redwing or his explosives. The shield is the perfect solution to this, as when Sam uses it, he combines the impact that Steve’s attacks always had with the sheer versatility of his flight pack to create some of the best action in the MCU
I really like how he has a “Falcon” style of combat, using the suit’s thruster as a power and speed enhancement tool. Him using the wings to brace himself against Flag Smasher at the end was pretty cool too.
At a point, Sam's character as the Falcon and Captain America make me see him as a Superman. Just imagine him having been injected with the serum that would have be an additional super blow to him. This new suit and added training really make him more smarter.
Yeah if he had the serum he could throw the shield even more accurately than he already does, he’s a beast already with the shield and wings combination, throw in a serum and he’d pretty much stomp just about anyone human

Basically a flying captain America 💀 you'd be screwed
@Anurag Lamba You can literally say that about anyone, Iron Man, War Machine, Hawkeye, Black widow, Antman, Wasp etc. What makes them cool isn't what they have, but they do with what they have.
Even Steve knows this, cause of all his army pals back at WW2, the Howling Commandos. He didn't fought that war alone, he had help from all of the guys that didn't have powers. Heck even Bucky was there and he very much didn't had powers.
@@karlkhai51 bucky got kidnapped and injected with a version of super serum

Seeing Sam in his new Captain America suit made me feel like a proud mama watching her son become something awesome.
Yeah exactly :D. Especially since he has been my favourite hero since i was little
Seeing how much Bucky wanted Sam to take the mantle and how much internal struggle Sam had with accepting it...really made the ending a satisfying payoff. He truly is Captain America now. I can't wait to see more of him.
The scene where after their fight with US agent, Bucky threw him the bloodied shield and Sam trying to wipe it off gave me goosebumps. It shows that if you run away from your responsibilities, it bites you in the back.
Same man... This is heavy
@Riorozen I feel like MCU Bucky has been through so much, being brainwashed for so long and the trauma around that and all the people he’s killed, I think being Cap’s partner is all we should ask of him. Let Sam hold that responsibility - Bucky should just work on getting whole.
@Riorozen No he fucking didn't. Nicky is happy and doesn't need it.
@Riorozen Hawkeye threw the shield, and John Walker before he took the serum. You need to watch the mcu movies again.
Fr, the Shield adds a whole new element to Sam’s fight style now.

Watch the Netflix stuff as well. Very different styles and tones. Iron Fist season 1 wasn't good (Finn Jones wasn't given much training before filming and he seemed to struggle with getting emotions through an American accent) but season 2 was nice. It's quite different from the Arrowverse.

@@ECAPS. No super serum, just Sam's own strength, heart and will to protect the innocents with everything he has.
@@izzy_theog9658exactly. That's why he's an awesome successor to Cap.

Sam's hand to hand combat skills has greatly improved since Winter Soldier movie
The best part is how Sam incorporates his wings during fights.
Dude is a powerhouse fr
Yeah if he had the serum he could throw the shield even more accurately than he already does, he’s a beast already with the shield and wings combination, throw in a serum and he’d pretty much stomp just about anyone human
