Finally someone who gets to the point does the job shows it clearly and doesn't want to act like a puss about it. Someone who isn't concerned about every little freaking detail and worried about being critiqued by the world. Thanks brother
last thing you said (is literally why i came here to watch this video) ... "again, uh, make sure you uh, check the fluid in the reservoir and make sure you have the "correct amount in there"""" :// what is the "correct amount!!!???
Good vid. I actually found it easier to reach in just behind the deck and across to get to the top vent bolt. Had to work each pump from the opposite side for best results. just FYI
Great video, question though. It always I have a minor leak from one side. It appears to be leaking from a circular piece towards bottom of transmission. In your video, looking from the left side, just to the right of the filter is a brownish circle, can anyone identify this?
Great video! And I love the position of your jack stands. Is there any need to be level for this hydro change ? Some of the posters asked about jacking. This guy has a nice clip of his opinion on jacking and stabilization. ua-cam.com/video/-44kTdIy8PM/v-deo.html
No life story. No waffle on about how your morning was. Just straight to instructions. Very good.
Agreed. I didn't even finish my first cup of coffee before I watched this twice. Great work Four2NineProductions!

Thanks for the video, quick easy info. 👍🏻
Great video man, made the change smooth and easy. Once complete, it was whining as I rode it around, does that whining eventually stop?
Check your reservoir to make sure it’s not low.
Thank you very much friend for your video, I didn't know how to do this job. thanks for helping me

It would have been nice if you had used a light taking vent plug out
The hardest part of this is removing the vent bolt and getting it back in.

Thank you very helpful... I will be doing this this weekend.
I have 130 hours changed the oil but not the gear oil and my reservoir is empty what do I put in that matches the factory hydraulic oil?
20W50 oil
Great video now I can skip the dealership
A recent URL would be nice, as the one in the video doesn't exist anymore.
Thanks for the video. This is the same procedure for the Fastrak SDX too. Same filter.
Do you put the plugs back in before or after you bleed the air from the system?
Before you bleed the air from the system. Trying to bleed the air without the plugs in would have oil going everywhere.
Put the plugs back
Thank you for your great video you saved me money
Great video. Where did you jack the mower up?
I'm wondering the same thing. I can't seem to find information on where a safe place is to do this on the Raptor SD.
On the back plate. On the hitch hole
Couldn't see how you have it jacked up. I assume the mower needs to remain level during this process?
I use a floor jack on the back metal plate, and used jack stand visible in the picture of the vid.
P
