There is, You can get it at Moody Centre Station just for 6 dollars for activation fee and 5 dollars for the Funds in the card. Therefore you are spending 11 dollars. (Please keep in note 1. This an adult card and 2. I’m not sure if it’s out of stock, a friend of mine said you can get the card at Mission.)
