      Haven’t really been to the gym much since covid but hopefully soon. I usually train out of Hart’s BJJ and Boxing in Conshy these days

      @@PUNCHwithPOWER Gotcha. I’ve been working out a Diamond MMA since it’s in the neighborhood and open. Maybe I’ll check out Hart’s one day.

      @@PUNCHwithPOWER after trying it for a few days I surely feel better rotation in my hips now. Gonna keep practicing and run through all your videos! I just saw the one about using weights to practice slipping and it’s genius

      @@marhawk6468 awesome. And do the slipping exercise from both stances! Southpaw and orthodox. Can’t stress that enough. Good training 🥊
