In brazil most of these vans are built by a local well-respected aircraft manufacturer (flyer), as legilsation allows for experimental airplanes to be 100% professionally-built

Parachutes aren't required for solo aerobatics in the US. They are required for non-training flights carrying persons OTHER THAN CREWMEMBERS.
