Should a spray decoupage sealer be used afterward to preserve it? I’m imagining to be used after it dries on the balloon before cutting it. This is a very well made video.
That looks really great! However, I didn't succeed in gluing the tissue paper on the balloon smoothly because my fingers got so sticky during it, so when I tried to hold the ball the tissue paper was teased out again. How can I avoid this problem (I tried to use a cup to hold the ballon as well but it is not steady at all)?
Try placing a damp towel next to it and wiping your fingertips continuously while working to keep your hands wet, it may be less sticky. Goodluck my friend❤
Thank you so much!!🥹 I have great ambition & there are so many artistic people that won’t bother to tell us viewers the materials needed or answer any of the comments. But, Not you…😊 You’ve provided it all!🙌🏻 Maybe…just maybe,🤔 I can be artistic & crafty too and make something beautiful as you so seamlessly have.🥹 Bless you and yours always, in all ways! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful, and creative gift.🤩 Please know, I/We Appreciate You!
Thanks for your appreciation😍💕 These lamps are made just with some tissues paper and old leaves. You need: Tissue paper, balloon, white glue and old leaves. I’m pretty confident that you’ll do well.
@@ladyelrin4093 Perhaps it’s just the day you are in? The mode.. Maybe my excitement over the craft comes across as snidely to you for some reason that has nothing to do with my comment, but more of how you’ve been spoken to in your life. Idk, but it is sincere excitement & not sarcasm. I’m making it right now, & came back to double check the instructions & saw this. I don’t need to defend my comment, but I will wish you a good, & peaceful day.
@@CraftBe9 I made it.😊 It is so cool looking! Thank you. I have many ideas that I’ll share with you about how I possibly could make alternative kinds, for different looks. If that’s ok.. Just to see what you think & maybe some advice about it. ☺️ Truly, Thank you once again, so much!🤗
lovely video! question: why does the final work look much darker than the initial in the thumbnail? is it because of the type of tissue used or because of the light you used?
Another video I watched suggested a thin layer of petroleum jelly over the balloon before decorating it to more easily get the balloon out when popping it. Has anyone tried that?

Tissue paper lamp
😮
lovely video! question: why does the final work look much darker than the initial in the thumbnail? is it because of the type of tissue used or because of the light you used?
it's because of our camera. When we took a video it looked much darker than when we took a photo. We are trying to fix. Thank you!
Amazing work. I appreciate your talent .
Please let me know how many layers of tissue paper to be stick on balloon.
We used 6 layers of tissue paper. Thank you!
can I use Elmer's glue for this
Yes, good luck my friend^^
Very nice 👌
Thank you 😘
Thank you for sharing good idea.
Using less layer, thinner glue, or thinner tissue paper might help improve the light presentation at the end.
Can you please provide information on the material you used to make the stand with rope?
We used plastic Jar cap to make the stand. Thank you!
Wow
Hi
Will they real flowers not rot?
It's real.
What is the name of the rope you use?
My baloon stuck to the inside and while trying to get it out, it ripped the paper. I noticed you didn't show that part.
You should put oil on the balloon surface and than you can move it from your lamp 😊
Same here 😅
How do you remove the balloon after it is dry?
Sorry for lately reply. Popped ballon and take it out.
Can i use tissue paper
Oh yes! We think you should use 5 or 6 layers
about how long does it take for all of it to dry?
We used 6 layers and needed 12 hours to dry completely.
Will it break???
Coz I'm making this for my exhibition so i want some suggestions
Are these fresh leaves
That's true. Good luck^^
What is that light
It's led string lights battery.
Wht is the used glue type
we used white glue/PVA glue and water...thank you!
What kind of paper is that?
It's tissue paper
Another video I watched suggested a thin layer of petroleum jelly over the balloon before decorating it to more easily get the balloon out when popping it. Has anyone tried that?
nice! How long will it take to dry up?
It takes 8 hours to dry, thanks for watching!
@@CraftBe9 can we make it dry right away by hair dryer?
oh yes, we can dry it right away with a hair dryer but it's power consumption ^^
Ye leaves real h ky??
Yepp, it real leaves^^
Which glue is used
We used PVA white glue, thanks!
Can I use favicol?
So, what was recycled?
Mine shriveled after i cut the tip, was it because it's still not dry??? 😅
😅 We think it's too few layers and not dry yet
@@CraftBe9 i made another one with paper towels and waited for 2days (just to be sure lol) and it came out perfetly!!!! Thank u
