This video was so much fun to make! Have you ever Tie Dyed something before???
I have!
I have
yep! :)
Yes! It was at a friend's birthday party!
Not yet😢😢 but I want to❤️❤️❤️
Thank you for making my childhood ❤️ I’m 24 and I’ve been watching since I was 12 years old ❤️
You really watched her for twelve years 🙀
@@Mrs.toasty yes every single upload no matter how short no matter how long
DAYUMM RHATS A LONG TIME
Im 12 currently i can definitely imagine me still watching Ro 12 years later
So you watched right when she started?? Becuase her first video was 11 years ago!!
You’re so beautiful, talented, creative, and my favorite UA-camr and you will always be!❤ Thank you Ro for brightening my Saturdays as always!❤❤Keep creating!!!!!!😊
For fruit dyes, try combining ¼ cup salt and 4 cup water. For vegetable dyes, we used 1 cup vinegar to 4 cups water. For either mordant, submerge your clothing/future tie-dye items and simmer for an hour, then rinse with cold water.
Ro, you always put a smile on my face ! You are also very talented with your cakes! Love the video!
Loved this video! My mum has been using natural dyes in her crafts for years and they turn out so well. Avocado skins and pits were the one that surprised me most, they make a lovely dusky pink!
OMG this is one of my new favorite videos of yours and I hope it can become a SERIES!!!! I love how much effort you put into your videos and still have fun with it at the same time. Thank you!
Roseanne I would be really interested to see you do more natural dyes. Like retry doing a stronger coffee like espresso or coffee that was brewed and sat for hours on the counter. And maybe some berries. Like a blackberry, raspberry then , saffron or curry, carrots and maybe beets, pesto or grass that was boiled then strained. I love to see how they do. Because I remember after reading the Little House On The Prairie books. Doing natural dyes to color Easter Eggs. My Grandmother who was born in 1914 said she would let us kids dye Easter eggs that way, just adding vinigar to set the dyes. Carrots to get a golden yellow or bright orange shade. Beets for a deep purple, onion skin for a yellow, and we mixed some of the dyes to get different colors.
It’s creative that you’re using food to tie-dye clothes I never would’ve thought of it
Oh my gosh yes!! I love this! The possibilities are endless! Hehe i loved the coffee swirly too! I can't decide on a favorite either lol
Yay!!! Rosanna is back with fun videos every Saturday. I love you Rosanna so much!! I wait every Saturday for your videos. You are so entertaining and fun and full of energy and enthusiasm. Love you ❤️😘 Ro
Love from Lakshita
Super cool idea Ro….
Loved the wine and natural coloured ones
U always bring joy through your videos
Lots of love ❤🫶🏻
hi ro, I love your videos so much and I have been watching for over 10 years now!!!!! TIME FLIES BY!! 💜💜💜💜💜
Love you Ro!! My favorite way to start the weekend is with your videos!😊
The green chlorophyll and the yellow turmeric seemed to give the brightest results. Would be cool to do a spiral using just those two colors. And definitely let them sit overnight before rinsing. When I first clicked on the video I thought you were going to dye Easter eggs with natural colors. Those turn out pretty cool too.
Thanks for spoiling it for me
@@molliethebeagle9728 why’d you look at the comments before watching the video?
Hi Ro!! The vegetable/natural tie dye looks awesome!
I Love the Tie Dying Colors using food and thank you, Ro 💙😍💕
Hi ro!! Love your videos! I always wait for them to come out and everytime they put a smile on my face!!!! 😊😊😊
I love your videos so much! i have always wanted to do this! Thank you so much for making my Saturdays amazing with your videos!
I love your videos! You are so fun and I love your energy! ❤
This is a great idea. I think some of them faded because some dyes need a fixative agent to help them stay vibrant. It was really interesting to see what can be done with noatural dyes so thank you for this video.
I love how Coconut almost turned pink! Thanks for brightening my Sunday! (With love from Australia)
Hey Ro ❤ Sending love! Been a fan since your portal 2 cake days! So glad to still be here
Natural food dye is a great way to do this. It was what people used to dye fabric with years ago. I love the bright reds and purples cabbage makes
When i tye dye I don't rinse them. I iron them then rinse them and dry again to keep that vibrancy locked in with heat setting
7:42 omg it looks so cool!! I love it!! 😍😍😍😍
Omg Ro this video looks crazy I love it
By the way ro you are my favourite UA-camr in the hole world ❤❤❤
Hi ro I just love your vids I have been watching you for 3 years I love you❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thank you rossana ive been waching you for two years and you always made me laugh even when my deppresoin and anxity was really bad and i love your dogs and your outfits
우와~~ 예쁘게 나왔네요
자연스러워보이고 로산나만의 옷이 되었어요 최고!
My favorite was probably old natural dye! Love you ro ❤❤ been watching since I was 6 or 7, now im 13. ❤❤
I am loving these fun videos Ro. Hopefully there will be new merch coming soon.
Ro you have been my favourite UA-camr ever since I was three you mean so much to me❤
I really like the all-natural dye t-shirt. Even though it faded I still like the yellow swirl. I like the wine t-shirt and the Frankenstein t-shirt. My favorite is the wine Tye-dye t-shirt.
gosh i love it when ro posts! she makes me so happy! shes so pretty and her voice is soo cute! love ya! ❤
Love you!!!!! You make me so happyyyy you put a Smile on my face!!
Thx for the like RO☺️
AH I LITERALLY GET SO EXCITED WHENEVER I SEE THAT SHE POSTS 😅
Omg I love this!! Just like all ur videos Ro But honestly was not expecting the “dye ur dog” 😂😂
You should create a merch line of naturally tie dyed hoodies and sweatpants. The Franken sweatshirt is my absolute favorite. It’s so bright and fun swirls of color. ❤❤ you’ve inspired me to try this. 😊
I had an audition for most of yesterday so I couldn’t watch it but what’s a better start to my Sunday than this? Nothing! (I have another audition today lol)
I always watch these videos with the intent just to skim and see the gist of it...but then end up watching every second lol
🎉 we love the natural one! And that Frankenstein one! ❤
Beet root juice also works great 😊 pls can we get a part 2 of this?❤🤗 really really enjoyed the video❤ you're amazing ro❤
The tumeric and the red cabbage are acid-base indicators, so if you add something basic (like soap) or acidic (like lemon juice), they should still change colors even after being rinsed.
I really love the wine shirt.. the colors pop but in a light gentle way. Very amazing... you're making me wanna try a few of my own lol.
I really liked this video ro.
And I love baking too from Addy❤️😊your my favorite UA-camr !!!!
This is awesome! You should have had MatPat on as a guest! Perfect mix of Ro, Food Theory and Style Theory!! ❤❤❤
8:02 omg it’s like a sunset 🌅🌅🌅🌅
To make colors stay vibrant I have heard you can use soda ash to help it stay vibrant.
@@victorianokes9043 no problem
i love how pastel they are!
This is such a fun video thanks so much for making it, inspired me to try tie dye! Also I love your hair color and style it looks absolutely gorgeous on you!
I have been watching you for three years ❤
Hi Ro! Been watching since 2015! Love always
Great video ro have a great weekend
WOW I enjoyed this so much! I can try it at home yay!!! the Frankenstein one and the turmeric ones were my favourite ❤
I ❤the Franken tye dye! It's so unique!
Hi ro can you do more challenges with Molly or Justine. I know those videos are really old but I know me and many others would be very happy if you did. ❤❤❤
They're all so pretty
So the franken is my favorite. I have an idea though, some of the crazy things from the "Can it juice" then the ones that do juice well, try tie-dying shirt with that juice!
Great vid Ro. I love tye dye videos and it was very enjoyable. Have a great day bye!
Can you do a Bob Ross painting with butter frosting whatever it’s called😂 pls❤ them sooooo much thank you ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Love your video! It inspired me to go on a tie dye spree!
I just want to say how much I appreciate how much hard work you put into your videos to entertain your viewers you are such a nice person.❤❤
Yay fun new video! ❤💗😂
The coffee one looked really good before you rinsed it.. definitely worth trying again
Love the video, Ro!😊
Hey ro I love these videosss
Hi Ro, I had a full bright purple t-shirt when I was in 5th grade because we needed it for a show or something. We first boiled the cabbage, then added the t-shirt and let it simmer with the cabbage. It really looked more cabbage-like colour and didn't fade as much. If you are going to do more "Will it dye" or "Will it tie dye" you could try it!! Anywhoo I loved the video and it made me remember my childhood. :) Edit: for the coffee would be better to use grounded coffee ( u can even use a cheap coffee;) ). I used it for dying paper maps for a camp activity for the kiddos and it turned out great!
The coffee shirt would have been my favorite because the color and design worked so well together. Ah well~ Now my favorite is the mish mash shirt! I love random pattern tie dyes.
Oh my gosh. This is such a fun idea.
To get vibrant red you can add some detergent or baking soda in turmeric water ❤❤
Beautiful and Nice as always! 😃❤️🧡💛💚💙💜💕💞🦄🌈✨🐶🍭🍫🍬
Thank you Rosanna for making all these absolutely awesome videos as always you put in a 💯 percent in all your videos I can't thank you enough for doing all these videos and you are a absolutely beautiful person with a heart of gold 💛 and the best cook 😂😂😂😂 especially cake lol..
You should do a another gadget video 👍💖I love your videos
When you used the natural colors (or really, any of them), did you add salt to the liquids that ended up in the squeeze bottles that you were using? I wonder if that would have made any of the colors stay a little more true. When I have done tie dying with dyes, some of them do recommend adding salt to the liquid before putting the shirts (or other fabrics) in the liquid being used to do the dying. It claims that that will help the color remain in the woven fibers that make up the material. Truth or fiction??? I'm not sure. I have used salt in some of the tie dying that I've done & the colors did seem to stay (but, it could have been the brand of dye, too, in all fairness). This was a great video! I really enjoyed watching it & it made me want to try some of these.

What creative, fun ideas to use natural dyes to tie dye! I can’t wait to do this once my children are older 😍 Thank you for the inspiration! Your videos being me so much joy 💛
I love it, Rosanna!
Looks so fun now I have to try it
Ro, you look amazing here! so pretty!
Ann reardon tested the cabbage one a few years ago and it can do the colors but they won't last in the wash
I really want to see you try it with beetroot 😊
LOL RO DRINKING THE RED WINE!
Keep doing these really good videos!
11:35 that’s my fav too 😍😍
We love the Franken one ❤
Would soda ash help? That's what tye dyers normally use to keep colors vibrant
2:34 pink, blue and purple 👏🏾👏🏾
Ro snatching up these ideas before good mythical morning can get to them 😂
it’s kind of messed up honestly, they’ve been doing “will it” episodes for years and years now
The Franken shirt is so dang cute!
Ours was the wine but we really loved the Frankenstein one too!!
8:21 omg I love it 🔥🔥🔥🔥
ro you are literally amazing! I loveeee ❤ your videos and this one is amazing!
Hii Ro, I've been a fan since before I miss your rainbow magic song YASS HAHAHAHA anyways I also miss you in etn :(
I love your videos! If you want to die coconut again, try the colaid packets you had, I use them on my dogs tail, and she smells good while I do it! Maybe try it with dog conditioner, I red that's how your supost to do it, but I just use water.
I am liking the will it series I would love to see this with ijustine that would be so much fun to what will it
Rosanna you might red this but I love your videos and you are so talented and I can't wait to see your other videos😉😁😀☺
I love you vids ro!❤❤❤❤❤❤
I think because you took the time to "fold/roll" everything tightly and correctly everything came out looking awesome. Your first spiral was stunning.
Very fun video!
It would be interesting to see if you add alcohol to the natural dyes if they would stay better.
I’m only at the start of the video but I think this is a brilliant idea for a video and I can’t wait to see how it goes, especially after seeing the will it juice video and the incredible colour that came out of the “red” cabbage (Ro I agree about that name). I just wanted to say how clever I think this is before I see the actual results though I would worry about the smells and possible mold with it being from food or is there a way to prevent them?
Also, Ro, I love your top
After watching the video that was even better than I imagined, most of them turned out great and it was so nostalgic and brought up a great memory of doing tie die on a girl guide camp but also my 90’s baby childhood in general. This was such a cool video and I was fascinated with how you could turn the red cabbage die into 3 different colours by adding very surprising extra ingredients. I was also very impressed that you got nothing on your top.
