    Hi Pasquale. Thanks for these great recipes. I just tried orecchiette with chickpeas, tomato, and eggplant for me and my wife and this will be the next one I try. My Nonna was from the same region in Italy.

    I took up making baguettes a few years ago. I save old bread to toast and make bread crumbs or crustini.
    Now, I will try making this very simple dish.

    I would love to ask if he could read a diary my uncle wrote in 1900 while in army of Mussolini. I Tried Google translate but it can't read it. My family was from Alvito Frosinone. They have all passed on now.
