Bro in the way that ink spillage shown it may have fallen its on the right side, i also have a smart tank 580 series i have moved it and driven in car with its while i had to relocate my office but nothing like this happened to me maybe its 1 in 1000

I have also hp 580 but don't have this type of issues i moved multiple times but till i don't have any problem. So may be it happens to only in faulty ones.

Please help! I've just purchased an HP Smart Tank 580 printer, but I'm experiencing an issue. When I turn it on, only the Wi-Fi button lights up - the other buttons (Copy, Scan, Cancel, etc.) remain dark and unresponsive. As a result, I'm unable to make photocopies or cancel print jobs. Can anyone assist me in troubleshooting or resolving this problem?

Both are good, epson has an issue with its inkpad that you need to reset after every 3 to 4k prints.
The Smart Tank is not designed to be moved. Same thing with Epson Eco Tank printers. Of course it's going to spill - it's liquid ink. I moved and carefully loaded my tank printer into the car and braced it with items that would keep it upright and immovable. That worked.

My issue with this printer is, the printer adjust the margin automatically. I purposely draw tables in Word with narrow margin on the left for stapling but it came out centralised. This is so annoying. Wasting papers. Never had this issue with Epson.
did you make sure the paper settings in printing preferences? and in ms word also.
