We're proud to say we've had relatively stable stock for most product lines, even during the worst of times, but we know we have to do better. We've been making some changes to our supply chain process which have certainly helped and will continue to get better. Wait, what? You MERGED BakPak into Ovrc? No you didn't. You shut it off on short notice and basically told us to "suck it" if we didn't get all of our clients transitioned in time.

@@snap_one Transition is a much more appropriate word than merge. Nothing was merged. 100% of the "transition" required manual entry by the dealer and the most fun item was that you couldn't use BakPak or OvrC to update the router to OvrC-capable firmware. So it required a truck roll to a lot of sites. And when you have ~300 BakPak sites, that's a lot of effort. A "merge" would have been really nice.

300 sites is still more than one a business day. Did you pay for a year of reprogramming? No…
