You probably just have fine hair and not actually thinning I'm going to assume.Try some hair thickening shampoo and conditioners it really helps. If you can afford hair supplements those would also help.
But I don't see the issue, you're wetting your hair to apply the sea salt spray but you let it dry after and apply your product like clay or whatever.

That's crazy how much maintenance people will go through to have a bit of a different look. I stopped shampooing in August of 2022, and I only rinse and massage my scalp now. That's it. Just water. My hair is great. Sits a bit heavier than it used to when dried out with shampoo.
