    Here’s a tip for those with thick hair like mine! If you want textured hair without it feeling too dry look for textured sprays that are sugar based! Look up sea salt vs sugar spray! Sugar based sprays will provide a nice sheen to the hair and not over dry! Also when looking for texture spray they are more versatile as they have better holding properties! They come in finishing sprays, abd prestyle sprays! Sea salt is already old school and it’s easy to produce for smaller business companies compared to textured spray that have lots of different properties to achieve the textured look!

      either time to wash or get a volume dry shampoo spray to lengthen look and the the sea salt. adds more volume and gives it a fresh look again

    Is it better to use texture poweder or this for a textured look? I have thick asian hair and was hoping for a more voluminous/textured middle part. Right now im beginning to do this process (Damp hair, blow dry with brush, add clay for hold, texture powder OR sea salt spray, and hair spray to keep it lasting throughout the day). Anyone got any tips or does the process seem okay?

      Texture powder is more like a dry gel and sea salt spray is more volume, You should however use clay after texture powder and sea salt spray

    I have fine and dry fizzy hair so what's better for me sea salt spray or texture powder and do tell me how many days can I use them in a week

      Honestly, if you have frizzy hair, they aren't really gonna help either way cuz your hair is already kinda damaged. I had really bad frizzy hair from not taking care of my perm and sea salt spray really didn't help my hair (it felt kinda awful by the end of the day). That said, if you take care of your hair to minimize frizz, using it a few times a week should be fine

      Next time you getting your hair cut, ask for it to be thinned out with thinning scissors. Thinning scissors can also be bought online and you can do it yourself, and if you watch a guide its pretty low risk of f'ing it up.

      It's never a good idea to use too many products. Try to keep it as minimal as possible and your hair will look wonderful

    Wouldn’t spraying seasalt in your hair remove the hairs natural moisture and oils therefore being bad for it over long usage and duration?

      Depending on the brands, some do include anti drying ingredients like aloe. But yeah, not a good idea if you shampoo everyday and or have very dry hair/scalps already.

      Depends if you want to have extra hold and style , but if you have messy hair and just want that simple texture u get with the spray you should be fine

    Just add ur nacl ( common salt to water and Rub the water on your hair.
    Works the same as sea salt spray

      You can air dry but it'll be flatter and you can't mold it properly without heat
