I honestly hate when people ask questions like that.. I really enjoy ur channel and seeing you. If you want to show you're family great if not it's no big deal to me. I watch your channel because of the great content. I'm not a UA-camr and i'm married with four children and when someone sees me I know they will say "Omg I didn't even know you had kids"? Lol.. I'm very private and I never post them or my husband because what for? No shade to the people who do post they're families because it's beautiful to see but everyone doesn't live their lives that way and that's alright. I feel like questions like that could make the influencer feel pressured to show more than their comfortable with

I feel the same way about hotel rooms too! I clean the tub and sink with my cleaners beforehand.

My feelings were definitely the same way when it came to Fashion Nova but I caved 3 months ago and I haven't gone back since. They really do have some cute pieces and even the shoes they have are a vibe.

Don't beat yourself up, girl. Every time I try to let fashion nova go, it's a similar situation. They rarely disappoint me with the dupes. And the price point is perfect for trying a trend out.

Girl, there is so much more than the bed. Anytime you open doors and stuff, you are touching things that others touched and things that are not wiped. When I go into a hotel, the first thing I do is sanitizing everything. I dont wrap the bed, but I dont sleep in those covers. I'll sleep on top of that main sheet (that part is usually washed) and use my own covers.
I wipe/disinfect all surfaces that I may touch as soon as I arrive!
Same here!! We are so leery of staying in hotels. I bring my entire cleaning kit, disinfectant spray, pine sol, sponges & paper towels.
We bring our own pillows & purchase bedding to sleep on.
I’ve seen documentaries re: the filth that exists in those hotels. Most of those housekeepers are over worked & underpaid so I already know they are doing just enough to get by to move on to the next room.

Wrapping bed!? I didn't know about that one, please tell me more or show me. I usually bring my own bedsheets but they take a lot of place. I'd rather have a roll of what Kim had in her hand 😂
Same here. I bring the older band, disinfectant and spray all the fabrics, door knobs and everything and then I lay my sheet from Home on top of the sheet and on top of the pillow but everything is dirty everywhere for real, though we don’t know if they wash their hands when they make our food

Love the vlog. In my city, when I needed wall art, I would pick up great original pieces and prints from local art festivals. I like supporting local artist and then provides you with a story to tell about a piece when visitors come to your home and to pass down as legacy art to your children.

Oh boy...i just HAD to chime in on this convo about the hotels/sheets. Well, when i go locally i bring my sleeping bag. I zip myself in, and give my apologies to the husband. When we fly somewhere, i bring large articles of clothing and lay them down on my bed and pillow. I bring my own towels and washcloths. I know that i have freaking issues, but i dont really give a damn how crazy i look!! I'm 66 and truthfully dont care!! So...i hear ya ❤❤❤❤ love your channel!!!!
I never thought of wrapping the bed. I have OCD it got worse in 2012 when I had a bad accident in my car. I have not been on vacation since June 14th 2012, and that was a airbnb I felt semi comfortable but didn't sleep well. So I have not traveled since. So to go anywhere it's a pain. I will definitely try the wrapping.
