Eep!!! If you're not reading the manga then you're missing out on a lot!! Taichi is the one with the major character development. If those two don't end up together it's gonna break hearts. Also, this song is called "It's You" it's an OST for a Korean drama called "While You Were Sleeping" 😂😅 The drama is sooo good too❤
I sooo love that you used those small scenes of Taichi and chihaya usually not seen in most amvs... especially those times where he looks and smiles at her like a passing moment. It's refreshing to see. And it conveys what Taichi loves about Chihaya... those small details that Taichi picked up and fell in love with 💕

I'm sad for taichi that she didn't return his feeling. But also, it wouldn't be fair for both of them if they get together just out of pity. Because in my opinion, she's clearly in love with Arata. I mean, even when she's dealing with Taichi's confession, her mind wanders back to the time where Arata confesses to her. I guess in the beginning, I never really know if Chihaya loved Arata or not. But that scene made everything clear for me. I really do hope Taichi gets to be with someone better than Chihaya. He's already sacrifice so much. And please don't bash me for this, but I really hate when people say that Arata LEFT Chihaya when they were kid. I mean dude, it's not like he has a choice. He left because he had to. His grandpa, the person that he really admire and was closesest to him was sick. So do we expect Arata to juts abandoned it? And it's not like he's immediately shut her out when he moved to Fukui, because Chihaya and Taichi still get new year card from Arata, until the time when his grandpa's dead, when he suddenly stopped writing them. Which I think is something we can understand, given how depressed he was when that happens. Both Taichi and Arata had their own struggles and sacrifices, so I think it is rude to belittle it. Because in the end, it's up to Chihaya, and what her feelings tell her. Maybe she'll chose Taichi, or Arata, or maybe none of them. We'll never know
I do not know if you are up to date with the manga but currently the story has changed a lot since the declaration of Taichi. Chihaya begins to look at other things than just karuta and to begin to understand her feelings, there is nothing said, both boats are afloat but in my opinion because of how the story has been built and because of things that I have perceived (relationship of the letters to a person, other symbols, whom she seems to think about more and who in the last chapters says that she has always been there for her ..) I think Taichi is the one who wins, and maybe Arata's was admiration and not love, if not what happens after the anime would not make sense to me. Although as I said it is my opinion, and both can win, I reject that she is left alone after giving so much focus to romance
