COPPER QUEEN MINE (Bisbee, AZ)

Welcome to Bisbee, Arizona, the town that copper built. Over the years, 8 billion pounds of the high-grade ore were pulled from the local mountains. When the mines eventually played out, the boom town went bust. But the comfortable climate and beautiful vistas brought artists and hippies to this southern Arizona town.
Today, Bisbee thrives on tourism and the town's most popular attraction is atrip deep into the bowels of the earth.
