There must be a museum of Freddie Mercury for all the people who adore and love and appriciate his art and his personality!

I don’t think Freddie would have wanted this place to become a museum, he would have found it all a bit boring, in my opinion he’d prefer us to remember him through the music with a drink in our hands and a smile on our face. Just my opinion 🍹

Mary just sold the original door in auction!
I wish so-called fans wouldn't vandalise his home with graffiti, I'm so glad Mary had it removed. It's not Freddie's home, it's Mary's. He trusted her with his home, his collections and even his ashes, for God's sake show some respect for Freddie's memory and the woman he so clearly and dearly loved.

No, the house, although Mary inherited it, is and will always be Freddie Mercury's house for the entire world. All fans know that he lived and died there and it is practically a sanctuary for all Queen fans.

WRONG "RodrigoRameriz" Stop being a selfish idiot. Freddie left explicit inductions that his home NOT be opened to the public or made into a museum. Garden Lodge was FREDDIE'S private sanctuary and he always wanted it to be a family home full of life. He felt museums were "full of dead things".
Were Freddie around to hear people saying such ignorant hateful things about the live of his life he works loathe every one of them including you.

The place is massive. So rare to have that amount of space and gardens in that area. He bought it years ago. Fantastic investment.

Freddie explicitly stated he did not want Garden Lodge open to the public as it was HIS private sanctuary, he always wanted it to be a family home full of life.
He also did not want his possessions in a museum because he felt that museums were full of dead things.
People need to get over what THEY want.

Try the Queen "Studio Experience" MUSEUM in Montreaux Switzerland.
Mary Austin is doing EXACTLY what Freddie wished: that his home never be opened to the public as it was his private sanctuary and that his possessions not be housed on a museum because he felt that museums were full of dead things.

You can't have a museum Mary Austin auctioned off all his stuff the people make me laugh when they say the house is the way Freddie Mercury left no it isn't she got rid of everything she's money hungry she went all these years all of a sudden now the house is too big for her she should have never thrown all the people that were living there out I don't feel sorry for her at all he would have never allowed that

@lucilleconsenza Mary Austin sold the house in Kensington because she was sick to death with Freddie Mercury fans turning up outside her house putting tribute on her wall, It her decision, The Super Star died 33 years ago and people need to move on.

    Freddie was very happy here.
    Among his treasures.
    In the nicely decorated home.
Mary threw Freddie out of here along with his treasures..
He got Freddie out of here.
    Astonishing.
There is no explanation for this.
    Mary is a huge disappointment.

Nowhere can someone visit and pay tribute to tht man not a single point where tht man and his legacy can be saluted, and thats why his ex had so much problem with visitors.. which is not strange at all! She keeps living there living a life she dont even want and after all make so stupid decision to sell out all his things instead to see how to make some kind of museum

    • @scottpeacock5492

@tonymordermonta Freddie Mercury didn't want the house to be open to the public, He gave everything to Mary Austin to make that decision, She was bombarded from fans for years turning up outside her private residency leaving tribute on wall and security door, She didn't want that kind of life anymore, it her decision to sell up. Don't be mad and move on.

Mary is just one traitor among many
He moved Freddie out of his home.
All memories of Freddie were erased by Mary.
The house where Freddie was happy and happy with his treasures was sold by Mary.
Do Mary's sons need the house?
    Mary is a big disappointment.

Who moved Freddie out? He passed away. What memories did Mary erase? The world lost Freddie over thirty years ago. The traitors are Jim, Peter and the many others who are making money by telling Freddie's secrets. Freddie loved Sotheby's auctions, what better way to put her AND Freddie's affairs in order?

You are right about many things.
Especially what you say about Jim or Frenstone.
But what Mary does is very cruel.
Freddie was very attached to this house
She gathered her treasures here, it's painful to see what Mary did.

Once again, what do you expect Mary to do? Her sons didn't know Freddie, the oldest was only two years old when he passed. Freddie specifically did not want a museum.
