I can explain how DC Took New Jersey. They have a focus called "Take Delaware and New Jersey" where both states have a choice to either become states again (annexed by DC immediately) or fight to remain independent.
Pennsylvania is quite the playthrough, I recommend it to anyone. Totally not showing home state bias
They’re already states, what is more accurate is they have z choice to rejoin the Union or not
I’ve spent the overwhelming majority of my life in NYS. They should give Westchester to the NYC region and Yonkers should be moved to its actual location instead of being where Rye is.
Down to help the mod authors come up with some ideas for the NYS focus tree but I can’t code.

Stores in NYC literally need like three or four shipments of food to come in a day or the shelves go empty. It’s one of the highest concentration of people in the country and produces no food if it’s own
