If the Q5 picks up a non ageout next year, they have an opportunity to run an all vet line in 2 years with 3 3rd years. If the growth in the snareline from last year to now says anything, we might see a 2016/2017 tier Q5 coming up...
Nooo they changed the part at 1:40 to not include snare rim... I always LOVED that part! Immaculate playing tho:) the line sounds amazing, and the book is great.
I commend them, this book is challenging. I do wish they would keep consistent tempos-seems like since the 90’s they basically modulate when the going gets tough. Kinda bothers me!
There just is no reason to spend energy trying to keep up a face. When marching and playing books like this your mind is already preoccupied with so much. That's why there's drummer face you aren't thinking about what you look like

Float's last year with BD was 1990. Scott Johnson's been the caption head since 1993 or 94, but I don't know how much of the writing he does now. It might be Shawn Glyde (who I marched with in the 84 corps).
