The dot and key moisturizer's jar packaging is not convenient to use for me..but they have another oil free moisturizer which has tube packaging not available on their own website..but available on other shopping app like purplle amazon flipkart..and that one has more soothing ingredients than the jar packaging one...di please review that❤❤❤

But strangely my skin has behaved very differently this summer and on going monsoon season. Reasons I m not sure of.
Looks like it has become extra sweaty and oily from normal combination skin type.. looks dull too.
Which one out of the above 5 will work best for me ??
Also which sunscreen should i opt for with such skin unfriendly weather conditions? ?
Is baar bohot pareshan hoon main. Even if i spray rose water on my face after sometime my skin turns sticky chip chip types.

Haha. For moisturiser I would say the first one will be more apt and for the sunscreen try the concious chemist sun drink sunscreen.

I have heard about it. I tried to buy it from Purplle, but eventually couldn't. I had a very terrible experience with Purplle.
You may add two more: one is the Korean moisturiser Red Bean Water Gel from the brand Beauty of Joseon and another is the Dr. Sheth's Haldi & Hyaluronic Acid Oil-Free Moisturiser. There two are for extremely oily skin types-- the ones whose skin get oily in like one hour after washing their face. The Red Bean one is a very soft watery gel while the Haldi and Hyaluronic Acid one feels a bit stretchy after the product dries. Have you tried them?

That is also decent. Worked for me. But it doesn’t suit everyone. It’s a little heavy on fragrance too.
Please also include Fae beauty moisturiser. I bought it on your recommendation from one of your earlier videos and I loved it. I think it can suit a variety of skin types .

3:16 I've used this moisturiser. It is a gel but it does no oil control whatsoever. Oil control or reduction is such a tall claim by any product of any brand. I have an extremely oily skin and I have been using 10% niacinamide, that too in serum formulation, but it hasn't helped even a tiny bit. Similarly, salicylic acid, zinc PCA, retinol are also not effective in oil reduction. I have tried them all.
Thats really tough for you then... which moisturizer and sunscreen have worked for you. Do reply plz.
@@kirtid-explorer1315 nothing has been able to reduce my oil secretion. I have been using Cosrx 15% niacinamide serum since last Monday and this too isn't doing anything. My skin is very tolerant and accepts anything I put on even without doing a patch test. But oil control has remained a dream for me. I absolutely hate my extremely oily skin.
If you want to know anything other than oil reduction, I may name answer.

Please try and review Mccaffiene Kombucha Moisturizer. Texture is gel. I found it really under rated for Summer and Monsoon seasons. Suited me really well in summers.

Di ... I'm in skincare since last 2years but still not able to find skincare products.... As soon as I start believing yes this is working for me then suddenly either get textured ( comedones, puss filled small pimples) or even pustules.... Tell me how to know what's working for me & what's not .... I spent huge amount of my hard earned money on it now feel like giving up & use nothing
Start your skincare routine with basic first. Like cleanser, toner ( for oily, open pores), moisturizer, sunscreen. Once you get comfortable with these products or manage to find suitable product for you then only add any serum, essence, etc in your skincare routine. Bcz if you start to use everything at one go it going to be difficult to find out which exact product is not suit you. If possible then try to follow these tips,
1) At 1 time start only 1 new product. Don't start using 2,3 new products together. For each new product added give atleast 1 week time before start to use 2nd or 3rd new products.
2) If your facing closed comedones problem then try to use products which are not going to clog your pores.
3) There are loads of products in skincare line. Pick what is necessary for you don't go to buy everything bcz of hype.
4) Start invest in good quality products in budget friendly category atleast in begining untill your figure out what suits you. Bcz if you spend on luxury or expensive products from the start and products don't suits you then you are only empty pocket without gaining anything.
Skincare products you need to use daily to get good result with good eating habit and genetics too. So there is nothing wrong in purchasing products in budget. If 1 product is worth 5000rs for 50gm. You have to remember you need to use that kind of money every month.
I am 30+ , but my skincare routine is very basic with 4 to 5 product in total. Even though my skin is super good but it is still better now compare to before I start skincare routine. I have oily skin with closed comedone problem bcz of it really use to be difficult to find products some time. Don't stop doing skincare routine but keep it simple and don't get overwhelmed with tone s of products.

Hi... I read your views on combination skin been prone to comedones. I am facing the problem of comodones and do not know how to deal with it. Combined with the heat and humidity in Delhi anything that I apply on my face results in been washed away due to sweat. .

@@kirtid-explorer1315 I'm no expert but if you do not have acne flared up at this point of time and it's only comedones, switch to dermaco's niacinamide facewash for oily skin, they've two variants in the same category, grab the one that mentions oily, combination and sensitive skin. Dot and key's cica sunscreen is great for the humid weather . I'm currently using the cica and tranexamic acid moisturizer from dermaco since 3 months now, it's non comedogenic and lightweight, perfect for this weather. You won't need serums if you're regular on chemical peels and double cleansing. But if you're below 20 or have never used chemical peel before, refrain, do not include this step, a double cleansing followed by the moisturizer and sunscreen I've suggested is enough for both AM and PM skincare since these products contain active ingredients and do show results when used on a regular basis.
The less we layer products on our skin and hair in the monsoon months the better since sweat is a problem that's non negotiable during peak summer and monsoon months similar to how no matter how hard one tries hairfall is bound to occur during monsoon and these problems subside on their own once the season changes. Apply only sunscreen post cleansing your face during daytime, sunscreen already contains all that moisturizers do and combination skin sweats profusely in humidity.
Try icing your face for a few days, it really helps in long term. Observe whether the products you use for your hair are clogging pores on the facial skin, I'm into derma rolling these days and was using Love Beauty and Planet's hair growth serum, results were satisfactory but i discovered that this serum led to continuous breakouts on my forehead despite care due to sweat!! Use facewash after shampooing, this wouldn't let new comedones appear and change your pillow case on the days of your hairwash.
@@kirtid-explorer1315 as far as I've been able to find out, double cleansing is a must for our skin type, changing pillow cases, taking care that my hair products don't surface on skin, using a separate handkerchief for wiping face instead of towel used for body are the things that have helped my comedones. The non-comedogenic products that I found useful and use regularly :
• Giner miceller water (pink)
• Dermaco Niacinamide facewash that comes for oily, combination and sensitive skin
• Dermaco Salicylic acid serum and cica glow moisturizer
• Dot and Key cica sunscreen (green one)
• Dermaco 15% beginner's peel, weekly
