I've been making these brownies ever since you posted this tutorial. They are phenomenal! Thank you! They are a hit at bowling league too; I triple the recipe for the large crowd and it works perfectly in a half sheet pan.
I made these for the first time when the video was posted, had an in-law visit and wanted to impress - I think it worked, they keep asking me to make them again! I don't let myself bake these unless we have visitors because I will quite happily finish the tray myself. Have written this down for my recipe file - of course titled NeuroticMom's Perfect Brownies, credit where credit is due! Thanks for the best recipe ever!
Literally the BEST brownie recipe I’ve ever tried! I’ve never been successful in trying homemade brownies in the past but I’m so excited that I finally found a recipe that is delicious and perfect! No more boxed brownies for us! I didn’t have any milk chocolate chips and I really wanted some chocolate and peanut butter so I used my Reese’s peanut butter chips I had and omg! It was an amazing combo!
Legit the absolute BEST brownie recipe I have ever tried. I've been on the hunt forever for the best brownie recipe and this is GOLD. I have made a few batches now and everyone RAVES about them. THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing your genius!
Every time I see the “perfect” something I’m always thinking that’s probably a stretch... OMG. These are truly the PERFECT BROWNIES. Thanks for sharing!!!!
This is the perfect brownie recipe! They are delicious, they are crunchy yet chewy. Me and my family loved them. The first time I made them I forgot to add the vanilla and they were still delicious. Thanks for a great recipe Amy!
I made your cinnamon rolls over the holidays which were fantastic and wanted to make some brownies for valentines so I came to you again and you did not disappoint. Easy to follow and turned out delicious, hubby loved them! Thanks for sharing your amazing recipes Amy!
I used baking soda by mistake 😭😭😭 but they still came out amazing!!! Perfect mix of crispy and chewy and fudgy!!! Will make again using baking powder 🤪
As always, best recipe ever. I tried so many brownie recipes and this is hands down EXACTLY what I wanted to eat. Heaven 😍😍 topped it with ice-cream and some berries while it was still warm and it was unbelievably yummy 🤤
They look wonderful, I'm really looking forward to making them. And thanks a lot for the ingredients in grams and degrees in Celsius which you put in the description, it really helps and I don't need to search in the internet and convert everything:-) Edit: Well I've baked them and they really are delicious, I'm writing this recipe down😊
These are the best brownies. Everyone loved them. 4 days later and they are still great. I did have to cook them longer because the toothpick was coming out wet. I forgot how much longer but I'm going to estimate 10 to 15 minutes longer at the higher temp. My microwave must get really hot because my chocolate seized so i ended up melting more chocolate using double broiler method.
Amazing, I’ve baked these a few times and they are such a hit with people. I need a bigger batch though an tried other recipes but don’t come anywhere near close to these 😍 can I double up on ingredients, these are just a win win all day long.
I made these today and they were perfection! I then tried to make whipped cream frosting for some cupcakes and failed multiple times 🤦♀️ any chance you’ll be sharing a whipped cream frosting video at any point? I can’t seem to find one in your past videos and your step by steps help me tremendously! Thanks again for the great videos 😊
This is the first recipe I made from your channel today and it was soooo good! My husband is diabetic so next time I make it I'm going to have to use sugar free ingredients (If that's possible?).
These are really so good! I put macadamia nuts in mine...amazing! The ingredients and amounts were pretty much identical to my old recipe that I've loved for years, but the mixing order and method and also the 2 temperature baking was different, and that improved the texture. Thanks!
Hello, Amy! I was watching your insta videos and on UA-cam. Your recepies are great! And also the way you are showing them. Recently I saw this brownie video. And I've one question. How much chocolate chips in gram do you use? Can you, please, tell me) I want to make brownie, but have usual chocolate. P. S. Your dancing is so perfect. I was even crying while watching. It reminded me my classes many years ago. Thanks a lot for emotions.
I tried making these yesterday and they were great! Super gooey and chocolately! Love the video, keep up the great work!! Question though -- when you melted the chocolate did you add milk or anything? When I tried, most of the chocolate chips remained solid until I mixed it with milk. =
I used almond flour because that’s all I had. I ended up baking @ 325 for 30 min and 350 for another 30 min and it stilllll wasn’t done all the way. However, the flavor was great and yummy with ice cream!
hi! in the video u said to bake the brownies at 350 degrees however in the description box u wrote to bake at 163 degrees. i was wondering if u can pls clarify on that? also, do we preheat the oven before baking? great video! i can’t wait to try out ur recipe
These look so good! Is there a reason you don’t use the Mexican vanilla here? Also what’s the difference in the two vanillas and what brands do you use please?
Hi Amy! I've made these brownies like five times now and they came out perfect every time excepttt this most recent time. They sunk really bad and were super thin. Do you have any idea why this happened?
I don’t because it could be any number of things. But my guess is something different happened in this last batch by accident. Maybe measurements or forgetting an ingredient something like that
im allergic to eggs and tried to use applesauce as a substitute, they came out super oily but were still delicious. Any suggestions on what i should do?
Heyy i have a question.. can i use ×2 melted chocolate chips instead of adding cocoa powder(its because i dont have it at home and i cant go out at this time) and thank youu

This is without a doubt THE best brownie recipe I've ever tried!
Thank you so much Amy! :)
Awesome!!!!!!!!
I was suspicious of “Perfect” but it’s absolutely true. The best chewy brownie recipe ever!
I finally made these. Best. Brownies. Ever!
I did need to bake a little longer(about 10 min), but it's super humid here so I figure that's why.
Yes that’s probably why and I’m so glad you like them
Made these yesterday and my family has eaten them all. Amazing and easy recipe to follow, thankyou so much for sharing!
Happy happy to read this!

I’ve actually never tried whipped cream frosting before
These are the best homemade brownies I have ever tasted!!
I’m so glad!!!
Love how you go about your baking
This is the first recipe I made from your channel today and it was soooo good! My husband is diabetic so next time I make it I'm going to have to use sugar free ingredients (If that's possible?).
Not sure but I’m glad you tried this and liked it

Macadamia nuts is genius!!
Hands down the best brownies ever! Thank you for sharing!
Awesome! Love it!
I tried it and I love it!! How do you keep yourself from eating it all in one go? ;)
If you baked all day every day you’d be sick of sweets too ha ha
As advertised! So so so damn good. My chocolate hating husband ate two:)
🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻makes me happy!
So delicious! Everyone agreed they were the gooiest brownies ever
Yasssss!
These turned out good for me!
Yay!!!
I use the plastic knife when they're still warm. These look delicious i can't wait to try the recipe.
Legit had a dream about these brownies last night!😂 Guess that’s a sign that I should whip up a batch today! 😋
Yes it’s a sign!!!
Amy, you had a corner of the brownie, while warm! You had something NOT cold :D Delicious recipe! Thank you!
Actually it was not warm because it was a different batch of brownies that I made the day before so filming would go faster ha ha
Haha! That was my first thought too! About to stick mine in the oven - can’t wait to eat them warm :)
Made.. and they were delicious! Great recipe!
I’m so glad!
Hello I am new to your channel but I can see I am going to learn alot already. Thank you for sharing.💚
Thank you so much 😊

No I didn’t add any milk but way to improvise and make it work
Love this recipe!!!!I'll definetly try =)
Let me know what you think!
I’m excited to try these ~ they really do look perfect! Are your counters Quartz? 😍 Thx
Yes they are 😊

Yes I think almond flour would make a difference. It’s more difficult to work with
hi! in the video u said to bake the brownies at 350 degrees however in the description box u wrote to bake at 163 degrees. i was wondering if u can pls clarify on that?
also, do we preheat the oven before baking?
great video! i can’t wait to try out ur recipe
The box is her conversion chart, so the box is listed in Celsius. 👍
Definitely trying them this weekend!
Awesome!
@@NeuroticMomBakes Ok officially the BEST brownies I've ever made! Even the fam are big fans. Thank you!
Do you have a 9x13 variation of this recipe? Would it be doubled?
Can’t wait to try this!
Have u ever done a brownie yellow cake cake? My sister is challenging me and I want to accept the challenge but skeptical.
These look so good! Is there a reason you don’t use the Mexican vanilla here? Also what’s the difference in the two vanillas and what brands do you use please?
It’s just personal preference I’ve actually started to not like the taste of Mexican vanilla
Oh no way! I was just going to purchase some after watching your tres leches video it sounded so good! Thank you for the reply :)
Hi Amy, any reason why you put veg oil? Does it really make a difference? Can I replace with more butter instead? Can’t wait
Oil makes them more fudgy, butter will make them more cakey.
Yum!!! These look delicious 💕
Thank you!!
Omg give me the corners. Look so good! 😋
I love the corners too!
Love all you recipes ❤️
Thank you 😊😊😊
OMG 😮...my mouth Is watering 🤤🤤🤤... pouring would say!!!🤣🙈
I love ur videos ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ such a wonderful brownies 😍😍
Thanks so much!
Can you please suggest substitute for eggs .it will be a great help
Banana or chia seeds
How do you convert written rec. To cups and tsp?
Hi Amy! I've made these brownies like five times now and they came out perfect every time excepttt this most recent time. They sunk really bad and were super thin. Do you have any idea why this happened?
I don’t because it could be any number of things. But my guess is something different happened in this last batch by accident. Maybe measurements or forgetting an ingredient something like that
@@NeuroticMomBakes Yeah, that’s what I suspect too. When I was making them my house was a bit chaotic lol!
im allergic to eggs and tried to use applesauce as a substitute, they came out super oily but were still delicious. Any suggestions on what i should do?
I have used cornstarch and water before. Google it to see exactly the amounts
Hey.. Is there any alternative to egg used?
Do you have the recipe in cups and spoons if it's possible. I don't have a weighing scale to measure tiny gram amounts for the baking powder and so on
It pops up in the video as you watch it
Heyy i have a question.. can i use ×2 melted chocolate chips instead of adding cocoa powder(its because i dont have it at home and i cant go out at this time) and thank youu
I am not sure but you could give it a try
I did this. Double the melted chocolate and the flour. They were very fudge but also very good!
Hi can u pls tell me how to replace eggs TIA
Hi there! Has anyone tried to bake this in muffins tins? I don't have a pan big enough for brownies so I was curious about the baking times
Making these for the game this afternoon!
Is it 163 Fahrenheit or Celsius?
She lives in the USA so Fahrenheit
That's on her conversion list, so it would be Celsius.
No no it’s Celsius this is my conversion for people who live outside the US
It’s Celsius
Are you worried about slightly cooking the eggs when you add the melted chocolate in?
No because the eggs are already fully whacked in and incorporated
Can i skip the brown sugar?
I’ve never tried so I’m not sure
🙌🙌🙌🙏wow wow🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦
Hi! Anyone tried to bake the dough in single cup? I need to do tiny “cupcakes” brownies
How to replace egg
I substituted vegan butter and it did not set at all. It should not have made that much difference.
