I made it... i hv tried several videos but this one is the best so far. I divided the ingredients into three and made one 6 inch cake. Came out really moist and fluffy ❤

While the cake was DELISHH, I was sad to find it VERY DRY after wrapping and placing in the fridge for one day to store before decorating. Next time I will Leave it out! Amy knows what she is doing, I’ll never second guess ANY RECIPE OF HERS!! ❤
I like the Wilton cake pans and I’m not sure what the secret is I just tweaked this recipe over and over and over until the taste and texture were right
Can you substitute fresh strawberries chopped without their extra juice instead of the strawberry powder, it is very expensive and I would only use it once??? thanks
I just made the purée for this cake sitting in the fridge! I’ll make the this cake sometime today! Btw, last week I made your chocolate cake and it baked better and more level than using box cake mix! Thank you!
Could I use only freeze dried strawberries in replace of the puréed strawberries? Just wondering because my blender has stopped working and I really want to try this recipe

Neurotic Mom Bakes in the video it says 3 teaspoons of baking powder and then in the written it says 1 tablespoon! I already made the cake and it turned out great even though I added 3 eggs instead of 2 accidently so I think it's just the baking powder that's different! Still a super great recipe!

I am a big fan of your cakes and videos. Unfortunately, the video I watched (and wrote down) didn’t include the eggs AND didn’t state the missed edit. I rewatched, checked, and checked again when I was assembling my ingredients. Nada. Soooooo, I trusted. 😢 I’d like to see this video either taken down, redone, or have a graphic put in flashing 2 EGGS at the appropriate time. Something. I wasted A LOT of ingredients and time. Bummer.

The vanilla is from amazon and I’ll have to look up the sugar sheets when I get home
