Sometimes they are not drunk. Vietnamese groups of around the same age are very loud and animated when they eat together. They may not be good when you are trying to enjoy your food but they may not be all that bad for your videos because they may provide interesting backgrounds.

This is the same restaurant i went to when i visited Phu Quoc back in 2017. The food was great but my stomach didn't like it and i ended up throwing up all over the hotel's floor that night.
That sucks I've eaten there a bunch no issues
What is the name of the restaurant? I don't recall any mentioned of it or showing the sign or is it Be Ghe like the sign where they scoop up the seafood? He said he would put a google maps link in the description but it's not there.
