And let me just say...having water where you don't want it is just awful!
We got ALOT of rain last May in a very short amount of time. Our sump pump quit working. We ended up with 2" of water in our whole basement. I was in tears. My craftroom had to be totally dismantled, as well. Thank God the water stayed under the linoleum. But I have 2 large cubicals, 2 desks, etc, that had to be removed. What an ordeal! But my hubby is now creating a slightly larger craftroom for me. Which was already planned previously. And my current room will be his office.
Then...our washing machine quit last month. We ended up getting a new washer and dryer set...a Speed Queen, which I absolutely LOVE!
And now we're wondering what's next since things usually happen in 3's. Lol

Hi Suzy! Oh goodness, I’m sorry for what you went through with water too! Ugh what an ordeal. My washer and dryer are Speed Queens too! Normally I love them but the dryer was acting up last week. I got a weird error but totally cleaning out the vent seemed to do the trick. Hope you’re having a great weekend! xo Jen

Oh Jen I'm sorry about your craft room. Thank you for finding the time to do this vlog. 🎄🎅🏻 We had a bathroom leak causing the roof in the kitchen to pour water! We had Servpro fans going for Christmas Day ... they had to run for 2 days!!!!! That was a LOUD Christmas!!! 🔔

Good morning Jen...so sorry about your craft room. I hope nothing on the floor was damaged. So glad my water heater is no where near my craft space. I can't imagine having to empty my room out. Nice finds this week. I ordered from that company with the mini dies some time ago and the freebies are so tiny, lol....I got an ice cream cone, a sleigh and a santa hat. Anywho have a great weekend and hope your room will be back to itself soon!

So sorry about your water heater mess. I heard this hiss one day coming from my basement........water heater sprung a leak and half my basement was a mess. Luckily things were in bins and not boxes but cleaning up wasn't fun. Color me nordic is a great site. I love them. TFS everything.
Oh man.... I just lost my water heater also. I know exactly how you feel! Thank goodness there wasn't too much damage. However, 2500 bucks to replace! Ouch! I hope it's not too difficult to put your craft room back together. I feel you, girl 😮😢😮❤

Oh I feel your pain. Several years ago our hot water heater broke while we were gone. By the time we got home most of the rooms had water in them. What a pain! Hope it didn’t do too much damage and your house gets back in order quickly. ❤

I am so sorry about what happened I hate when those unexpected things happen! We had the ceiling feel down in our carport laundry and there was broken drywall all over our washer/dryer. I love Gummiapan

A couple years after we bought our first home we woke up to a flooded kitchen. The house was built with bad pipes and our home inspector didn’t realize there was an active lawsuit on the pipes and we could have had them replaced for free. But we didn’t know about it until it burst and we had missed the lawsuit by 1 year. Cost us $10,000 to replumb the whole house and had to get a new kitchen floor and baseboards. So I get what you’re going thru. ServePro was wonderful.
