I have a question I live in a country that doesn't have a visa center or embassy so I went to the country beside mine and I submitted a visa application, and on the tasheer website today I got a update saying the visa application was received at the visa service center, I didnt sign up for the courier service, does that mean my visa is ready or should I wait, I can't a phone number and the email they don't answer, any help is appreciated
I believe you must have submitted your residential address at Tasheer, however you can follow your application at visa.mofa.gov.sa to track issuance of your visa. Once issued you can then follow with your office where you submitted the passport.

Upon informaton Security staff are threatening people that they will stop their visa process. I mean what's is this??? This imbarrassing and painfull for customers, no customer satisfaction and complaint system effectively placed, , so FIA, Govts sholud take action on such harassment of customers by staff there. For improvement Information with direct cell nos of higher management of etmaf, gerrys, vc. Taskheer for complaints sholud be in displaced for customer proper guidance, . Also management shloud take psychological test and training to deal customers of all staff, their security clearance. Shloud so be checked. Please convey this message for corrective action to the concerned in the public benefit.

Yellow slip will provide same day or 1 or 2days require as HR representative self visit on my behalf as per company policy.

Payment for stamping the visa is seperate from Visa issuance fees.

I am not sure yet if you can apply for a premium residency from outside. If you do, try visiting their dedicated website for more information

You can without booking for Lounge service however ot will cost 10 to 15k more

If the application shows with application number starting with E and a barcode, it means it's issued.

I m not sure how you are applying via Tasheer. Umrah visa is supposed to be issued by authorised travel agents only.

if you have normal, you have to take appointment, with lounge you can go as walk in.
