You should REEEALLY check out the version of Solo she performed on their online concert, The Show. she switched it up big time, rewriting the rap parts, redoing the dance break. I personally enjoy that one more than this one, even though both versions are legit bangers.

When you do Jisoo, you need to do "Yuki No Hana" live (not the lyric version) it is a Kim Jisoo Master Class of her vocal skils, her stage presence (about 75000 fans go silent for 3 minutes), and her beauty. Also do Jisoo cover of "Clarity" live (the one in the checkered dress). Another Jisoo Master Class showcasing the same as "Yuki No Hana" plus her Power Voice.
You should definitely react to SOLO remix, Jennie performed at their online concert called "THE SHOW". It was amazing ✨ also she changed literal half of the song.

All the girls have had an official solo project except for Jisoo. With the exception of Jennie, both Lisa and Rose's solos have a single and a b-side. For Lisa, the main single was "LA LISA" but the b-side was "Money" to which she put out a performance and dance practice for. Rose's main single was "On The Ground" and its b-side was "Gone" to which there is also a MV for.
As for Jisoo, her solo has been pushed as she's focusing on acting right now. YG has promised that each Blackpink will get a solo before the next comeback so hopefully, it will be sometime soon. There are a few live performance versions of songs that's she has sung. I think "Clarity" live is one of my favourites with Jisoo. I have to say some of my favourite Jisoo moments are on Blackpink The Album, especially in "Pretty Savage" and "You Never Know". You can look up the lyric videos for each as they aren't official singles but definitely worth checking out.
I like how the music matches her vocals exactly. And her vocals are really up front here. You get a lot of who Jennie is in this one song. When she walks in takes off her clothes and throws them in a dryer, you're like yeah she probably could get away with that. And I think it's a totally different outfit that she pulls out of that dryer. Jennie really does have that daggers killer stare that she plants into the camera. It's those eyes. Killer looks and a death stare.

And Then they had to start getting ready for their first 'World Tour' in 2019, Jennie's Solo came out in Nov. 2018! Jisoo has some great covers like Clarity and a Japanese song called 'Yuki No Hana! which I strongly recommend it! Rosè has two solo's 'On The Ground' and 'Gone'!🙏

Rose solo stuff is awesome, but her best work is on Sea of Hope. Just search "Sea of Hope Rose, Onew, Suhyun if I Ain't got you" and "Sea of Hope Rose, Onew Lucky". They are actually better for hearing her vocal talent than her 2 solo songs (which are also AWESOME)

Jennie got way too much hate for Solo, because usually the main vocal gets a solo first, not the main rapper. Also, she performed through an injury for a stretch in that same year, and her effort was also criticized a lot because of that. All that said, she killed it and personally I think it's the best of the 5 solo songs so far.
Since her official solo is still upcoming, if you listen to one of Jisoo's covers, please please please listen to Yuki no Hana, Sakurairo Maukoro, or 어떻게 이별까지 사랑하겠어, 널 사랑하는 거지 (How Can I Love the Heartbreak, You're the One I Love.) You'll get a lot of recs for Clarity or Habits (Stay High), and those are definitely good too. But the first 3 are jaw-dropping and for sure her best covers.
Jisoo does not yet have a solo, but she does have some concert stage solo covers the two best are 雪の華 Yuki No Hana (Search with the Japanese characters to get the HD version with Subtitles) where Jisoo is singing Japanese in Osaka, Japan. Also Clarity (Seoul Tour 2018), where she covers in English and also sings in Korean (lyrics written by Jisoo, not just a Korean translation of English lyrics).

Since you enjoyed Solo, I would recommend Sunmi's Gashina. Both songs have similar structures and there were some controversies on how much Solo sounded like Gashina. There are even UA-cam mashup of both songs that flow so well together. Personally, I love both songs!
