I did watch it and was really disappointed. It wasn't funny and dragged on painfully long. I know the first one dragged, but it was novel and shocking how seriously they took themselves, whereas the sequel just seemed to retrace old ground.
The Fearmoths the Samurai Cop dude has said he felt the whole time the movie was total shit, and he played it that way. He also admits to being a shit actor at the time, and he probably should have done some smaller parts in real movies and got some experience before taking a starring role just to have a starring role.

I love how whenever someone was stabbed or hit with a blade, the blood would spurt out of them like a volcano eruption. It was as if all the characters had extremely high blood pressure and were popped like balloons by every blade.
This doesn’t feel anything like the first one. The look, the exorbitant pornographic content (there wasn’t THIS much, was there?) the sets, the lighting, the camera work, obnoxious characters, even the deliberately bad effects don’t look like the first one. The first one only had practical effects.
I've only seen the original Samurai Cop, but hit me re-watching this review that Samurai Cop 2 is giving me To Boldly Flee vibes. Not a compliment at all BTW.

First I see Mathew Karadis on Red Letter Media telling how he is so happy they are doing the sequal, and how he really wants to show how great an actor is, because on the first one he was just kidding. Then you see the new one and he is just as awful if not worse than the first one! That is hilarious. And Bai Ling is exactly the right name for her, her agents are bail-ing out of her boat as fast as they can.
The whole point of this movie was to try and equal the awesome shittiness of the first one, with a slightly bigger budget. I think they accomplished their goal. Lol
