New envelope window is great - the old one was ridiculous ha
I was just learning to work with envelopes in Reaper and a bit overwhelmed by the size of the manager every time it popped up. This new window seems to perfectly integrate in my workflow so far.
I've avoided that window for years!
This is a great improvement (so much needed).
Now that the way is paved, they really should do the same for the CCs in the MIDI Editor and for the routing.
Almost all should be in this friendly table shape.
I hope you’re feeling better Jon. I’m at the point to renew my license for the new updates. I haven’t been using it that much recently but I see in the comments people saying it’s easier to use now. I’m all about that cause I’m going to have to re educate myself a bit. Been around 4 years since I’ve really been using on project everyday.

Ah ! Indeed gameaudio asked for the region manager force channel exports. So nice to be able to multi select a bunch of regions and set them all to mono or stereo in a state that is saved for the next render iterations.

Is it possible to quickly move many items of one track to different lanes?
there's always dragging and you can drag to the striped area at the bottom to make new lane.
Might be actions though but I haven't checked
How long have you been able to edit markers to the same number as existing markers? Did that accidentally today an it didn't complain.
How did you made your menus dark?
I have renewed my license and I am up to date. I’m trying figure out why I record another take I hear the first and second playing at the same time! I haven’t found a good explanation of this yet. I know it’s something with going into options. Can you please tell me where I figure out how to get in the mood to select lanes or takes? Maybe it’s in this video. I will keep watching. Thanks so much!
The lane recording first empty track thing: looks like it overwrote or added new takes to the two existing lanes below the first available lane? Or did it push them down? Is that what you expected? Thanks for the video, hope you are feeling better!
It wrote to the empty spot then skipped down to 3 new lanes. Using the empty area on lanes first is expected with this setting
I think I just mis-saw on my phone screen. Checked it on a big monitor and it does what it should, sorry for the noise!
That's not happening for me... It expands all the envelopes in the spreadsheet by default...

Are you sure you got the envelope smoothing feature correct? It looked like it smoothed it for you, visibly, and then you removed it. It's an invisible feature??
I always might be wrong. At first there was a transition time visible from the way I inserted the 4 points.

10:57 bent envelope glitch. I hate that. hope for a fix.
its not a glitch, Volume envelopes show 0 to +12 dB above and 0 to -inf dB below the middle line.
@@TheREAPERBlognever seen such a thing in any other DAWs. If it's not a glitch why it happens randomly.
now maybe they can work on Reaper being not so convoluted and distracting to work flow
