I always enjoy Mr Wittman's relationship advice and observations on women in addition to all of the militaria expertise, both are clearly coming from deep lived experience. ;)
Thank you very much for sharing all this with us. It's a paradise for collectors. Believe it or not, I like to fall to sleep on this. Others call it ASMR. ;) Cheers from DE
As an aspiring collector, and a re-enactor in the LAH, I ALWAYS look forward to your content. Beautiful collection, and an even more gorgeous passion. Bravo Zulu, Mr. Wittmann!
I have saved up this video for today and i love it a lot. Great topic to learn! I have two nco’s myself with belt hanger and portepee. Great videos! Grab a beer and watch and learn! 👍 thanks mr wittmann
As an avid viewer & amateur collector (beginner) I'm following your channel since I discovered it a few months ago. I learned oh-so-much from these videos, a big THANK YOU for that, together with "WarStory military Antiques" my go-to youtube-channel these days. One question: I see here and there some interesting beer brands around you, Mr. Wittmann. Could you shortly give us an overview what you are enjoying there? And maybe a bit about your favourite cigar brands? That would be just interesting & wonderful. Plus: I'd be delighted to translate anything from german (my mother tongue) into english, if you got something. Or help out with some kind of background information from over here, living my whole life in Niedersachsen & I got around a bit in our beautiful country. I'm sure you have your people for that, but maybe I can help anyway, I just feel the urge to give something back & maybe contribute to the hobby in general. Thanks again for your awesome content & greetings from Hannover, Germany.
Wow I just stumbled across this channel this man is a wealth of information !!! What a collection he truly has a passion for this subject ! Hope I can meet up with him one say and soak up some of his knowledge!
looking forward to watch this fully Tom - i hope you will in the near future do a video or focus more of autographs (including other documents) - You do interesting videos as always!
Sabers, having a similarity to british 1796 or prussian 1811 ,Blücher' are still produced in Germany. But they are only used by , Historical Town Guards' or in some regions the ,officers' of competion shooters societies.
Thank you very much Sir ! I learning again something new. Here in London they're selling so many fakes this SS Daggers and others . I do not know why people doing this . Its History and they're damage and doing just for money. I bought in the Country side some sword Eickhorn and some Daggers . They're good ,but you really have to be with open eyes . Take Care Sir ! Good Health
Another great video to watch in miserable lockdown. Would like to see you do a collaboration with @Scholagladiatoria UA-cam channel on antique sword collecting. It would possibly increase your subscribers
I am a silver and gold collector but I’ve been wanting to expand my collection in nazi memorabilia! I’m hoping to buy one of those uniforms you have available on your website!! Do you accept MasterCard?!???!
Makes sense that the SS would have to earn the right to wear the "doppel siegrune" being as they were basically Templars & practitioners of the mysteries.
It looks like my prayers to the patron Saint of sword collectors, Jan Brady, have been answered!
Top video, thank you for. Grüße aus Leipzig, Germany

Thank you Tom, for another great and informative video. I was hoping for a series on army swords and this did not disappoint.
There was a pile of swords that we couldn't get to without the video running for two hours, so there will most likely be more to come.
Thanks Thomas you do a great service with your informative films.
Thanks Tom! Your videos are unrivaled. You do so much for the hobby!
Great video...thanks for sharing your knowledge Tom!!
Just when I think there is no other edged weapons to show you pull out more. Wow! And nothing like a adult beverage and cigar when teaching. Ha

Another great video Tom, your knowledge and passion is amazing.
Thank you Mr. Wittmann
Great video. Definitely was schooled by it. Can’t wait to see some of them appear on your website.
very good information . thank you Tom
As always, thank you Herr Schmidt.
When you are a collector of Militaria you MUST observe things like Valentines Day ! It pays off in the long run!
I got a Russian SVT rifle from my wife for being nice on Valentine’s Day! 😂
looking forward to watch this fully Tom - i hope you will in the near future do a video or focus more of autographs (including other documents) - You do interesting videos as always!
Autographs would indeed be a great subject!
Thank You for sharing knowledge.
Bravo Mr Whittman trying to keep away from swords but this is very interesting indeed.
AS always a great video!
Thank you Tom!!!
Don't forget about the blades! Are they stainless or legit high carbon? Had my eye on a few on your website. Just trying to narrow down which one.
I noticed that he didn't mention that. Too many pre-video drinks, I think. I'll ask him first thing.
@@WittmannAntiqueMilitaria cool, thanks!

How did you fund your collecting prior to dealing? If you don't mind my asking.
OH MAAAAN You are amazing
Hello Tom from London 🇬🇧
No WAM video comment thread is complete without Wolschanz.
Wolfsschanze or wolfsliar?Gruss aus Düsseldorf..take care of you
I have a question, how come a lot of helmets are worth more than officer caps that would probably be harder to obtain?

Some years ago Eickhorn started again producing sabers, also WKC still produces sabers.
I enjoyed the chocolate myself :)
7. SS-Freiwilligen-Gebirgs-Division „Prinz Eugen“ was not a Tankdivision
"Frau Blucher!" "NEEEEEEIIIIIGGGHHHH!!!!!"
Cigar review?
Don't give him ideas or you'll be getting hours of him with rye whiskey and stogies.
Whiskey review with cigar pairings? Good idea!
Did u celebrate valentine or the birthday of the Bismarck
I’m a Bismarck girl myself
@@mamavswild Nice 👌
So what are you drinking? it sounds so good...

It is very good
It's a Tiger head on those swords not a panther
I always assumed they are lion heads, given that they have manes. I’m not sure why Tom calls them panthers.
@@WittmannAntiqueMilitaria Mr. Wittman is awesome. I love the videos He and son make. Actually I'm probably incorrect.

HELLO I HOPE YOU ARE DOING GREAt!!!
sorry but this collection looks pretty low quality.
