This elevator is one of my favorite memories of the cream city. I always felt like I was walking into a rocket when the door swiveled open. And the fact that at ground level it opened both inside and out of the building. It even was cool looking down from the bridge and seeing the cylindrical cab come up. My brother noticed that it looks like a Pokemon ball. And you could see the whole vertical course standing in front of the circle at the main level. Calatrava was a real genius!
