The campsite is located on the southern end of Lake Garda, in Italy's Veneto region. The town's sixteenth-century island fortress and walls are visible today, a reminder of a time when Austria controlled the region.
Visiting the Old Town, Sanctuary of Madonna del Frassino and The City Museum in Catullo Park will make any history enthusiast happy.
It's also a short drive to Venice, Verona and Milan. We recommend checking out the Gardaland which is the third-best theme park in Europe and the finest one in Italy too.

One thing I miss so much about my time living in Europe is travelling by train and shopping at Lidl! That campground looks amazing! I was picturing tenting like in Canada haha! I am really enjoying your adventures!
Yeah all the campsites in Europe that we visited are all more like resorts. It would completely change the way we think of camping in Canada if we had places like this over there wouldn't it?
