Waise koi bhi test 100% confirm nahi karta because ye clinical as well as laboratory based diagnosis hoti hai. But kuch tests like autoantibodies to glutamic acid decarboxylase (GAD), insulin, insulinoma-associated protein 2 (IA-2), and zinc transporter 8 (ZnT8), hain. Inse more than 95% clear ho jata hai.

What is your age ?? And since when you are diabetic? Currently your hba1c and blood glucose levels are in pre-diabetic range. Gad 65 is fine.

GAD65 autoantibodies are present in 70%-80% of patients with newly diagnosed type 1 diabetes. A positive test confirms type 1 diabetes, but a negative test does not means ki aap type 1 nahi hai. Aap fir bhi type 1 ho skte hain.
Sabse important clinical information hai your age. 16 years par its type 1.
Also there are many other antibodies which are also positive in type 1 diabetes like including insulin autoantibodies (IAA), GAD antibodies (GADA), insulinoma-antigen 2 antibodies (IA-2A, also called ICA512), and the recently described zinc transporter protein autoantibodies (ZnT8Ab).

15 years ke bacche me type 1 diabetes hi hota hai. Gad 65 test is positive in 80 to 90% of the patients. But 10 to 20% cases me negative hota hai. Kuch doosri antibodies like ICA and IAA positive ho sakti hain.
But 15 yrs k diabetic bacche m agar GAD 65 agar negative hai to bhi its Type 1 Diabetes because 10 to 20% cases me it is negative.
