HBa1C is very high which indicates that random blood sugar will be above 200. Fasting sugar is also high. It is widely believed that this could lead to type 2 diabetes. You need to be physically active, reduce weight, avoid red meat, and increase your dietary fiber. Insulin is normal in the range but the response is not good otherwise HbA1c would be normal. It would be best to consult an endocrinologist.

Sir fasting sugar comes around 130 to 150.
While pp (2 hours after meal) comes around 200.

I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes 5 months ago I am 24. I got very sick. I lost weight. I went from 155 pounds to 123 pounds from February to july. My blood suger was 1,100mg/dl in the ER I was so thirsty and peeing a lot, I was week and vomiting. Beta hydroxybutyrate was present but urine ketones were not. My diagnosis was confirmed GAD level of 120+, zinc transporter antibody levels of 22 and a c-peptide of .3. I'm confused because my uncle my moms brother got diagnosed with type 2 at age 34. My moms dad has type 2 and he is 69 and got that at 45. My dads dad also has type 2. Am I really type 1? I'm also very insulin sensitive. Do you think I'm type 1 or LADA
