Ask him ...that Please make a list all reflexive verb and non reflexive varb .example ir vs irse . Both verb is similar but meaning is deferent. So we need all those kinds of varb ..Please make a list .
After trying a bunch of different channels for Spanish learning, if I want to know learn something specific (eg, reflexive verbs) I have learned now to come directly to this guy. I always leave feeling like I actually learned something. Two thumbs up. 👍👍
Profesor Danny, Ploughing through your playlist systematically. Addiction is a good word to use. Last thing at night and first thing in the morning I’m on to your channel. I can’t recommend you enough to others how simple you’ve structured learning Spanish. From all of us out here, keep up the fantastic work team TRLT.
Highschool didn’t teach me Spanish properly even though most of the teachers at my school spoke it fluently. 😂😂 I am now 21 and the Spanish that I know is self taught(also I’m teaching myself Russian and soon Saint Lucian Creole, my mom’s language). Don’t depend on your highschool at all. Use your own ability and drive to learn and push towards your goals
I've tried so many you tube channels and got bored of them, you voice is so warm and welcoming and you make us nervous newbies feel totally at ease, you explain everthing very clearly, very glad to have found you 😊
your lessons are amazing.. when i watch other other tutors, i dont actually learn anything. but when i watch you, i always feel like i learnt something
This man is a legend. I actually wanted to rate how good he is and tried watching more than 5 spanish tutors videos on specific topics before watching his. I only understood after watching his videos
Imagine i'm learning reflexive verbs spanish for 3 week and still didn't get it😂😂😂but here because of you for 10 mins.i get it already 😂❤❤❤ thank u so much sir for extending your help to eveeyone
Spanish explains this thing better than French did to me At least I understood the concept while learning Spanish This video is very helpful thanks ☺️🌹
Thank you so much. My language "Kiswahili" uses this kind of conjugation and I was wondering how it works in Spanish but I didn't know how to search for it in English. Thank you 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
love your vids, they're so short but concise and always get to the point! and you speak in english which thankfully i understand, my spanish understanding is too basic for other explanations 🤣
Thanks, you've got very engaging easy to understand lessons. Much better than the university class (3 bullet points and no explanation) 4th semester spanish I'm taking! Cheers
excelente contenido! The only point I'd underline is that NOT all verbs with SE are reflexive bc that small pronoun is a tricky one and Spanish has 7 cases. Saludos desde México!
Dr. Evans I was looking over some previous Spanish notes from high school that I kept all these years as I'm trying to learn it again and actually be able to speak the language fluently. I had the verb andar written down with my reflexive verbs section, but I don't recall hearing or seeing this verb as much as caminar. How do they differ and fit into the context/culture?
HI AS I AM STUDDING SPANISH EVERYDAY I ALWAYS DISCOVER NEW PROBLEM LOOK REFLEXIVE VERBS ARE NOT JUST USED WHEN YOU TALKING ABOUT SOMETHING THAT YOU DO TO YOURSELF OR SOMEONE ELSE SOMETIMES WHEN I AM LISTENING SPANISH THEY USE A VERB WITH SE MIDDLE OF THE CONVERSATION COULD YOU PLEASE DO A VIDEO ABOUT ALL THE SPANISH USES WITH REFLEXIVE
No te llega, en serio. (Better translation) Estoy muy serio is implying you changed your attitude to serious mode because something happened. IMO Example: Estoy muy serio porque perdieron los Cowboys.
Hello Dr Evans. Great video! Yo tengo una pregunta. I've been learning with my Spanish Language program, and they have me put the reflective pronoun in front of verb. Ex bring me is "traerme" not "me traer". Can both forms be used? Thanks!
If you're telling someone to bring you something, you wouldn't use the "me" in front of the verb. You would put it at the end, but you would also have to conjugate the verb as a command (mandato) = tráeme (just one example)
@@TheLanguageTutor Hola, I was confused with that. So, when u use a reflexive verb as a command, there are only 3 ways? for example, vestime, vestite, vestise. Can I say vestinos o vestios as well?
I wonder are there any examples of the reflexive verb in infinitive form being used in a normal sentence? Part of the confusion for me is that bañar and bañarse (par ejemplo) are technically two different words (right?) but essentially sound (and mean) the same once they are conjugated. Is it correct to say "el nécessita bañar" or "el nécessita bañarse" in a sentence? Are either or both correct? 🤔
This kinda makes sense, but I am not sure if I fully understood everything. I wrote a bunch of reflexive verbs to mi papel, and they all end in "se", but eventually we almost always ditch the "se" and replace it with "me" or "te", except in cases of el, ella and usted. Could they be like levantarme, bañarme, mirarme instead of -se? Because verb is done to self, which is me.. 🤔🤔
In Spanish we talk about pronominal verbs, that is, any verb ending in se in the infinitive form. Some, but not all, of these verbs are reflexive. So what about the pronominal verbs that are not reflexive?
This man's voice makes me want him to be my life coach.
😀
I agree
Same honestly
She trynna smash bro 😂😂

Every time I think I'm making progress in learning Spanish, a reflexive verb jumps out of the bushes and kicks me in the shins.
Same 😭

You're better than you think
Can we use it in present tense or in past tense? coz the event already has been occurred.
You can use reflexive verbs in any tense.
between this and indirect and direct object, i think im finally starting to understand these me se te things! what a headache! XD

superb video
Do you do private lessons for conversational Spanish? I'm interested in a tutor.
Hi do the verbs work the same in the past ?
This kinda makes sense, but I am not sure if I fully understood everything. I wrote a bunch of reflexive verbs to mi papel, and they all end in "se", but eventually we almost always ditch the "se" and replace it with "me" or "te", except in cases of el, ella and usted.

eres nativo del idioma español?
I was wondering what’s the difference and when do you use for example me baño or bañarme
thank u
