Enjoy that van life, looks awesome.👌 about the patches, id much rather see a tutorial (even paid/on gumroad) than buying the patches themselves. also if you upload them, sooner or later somebody will probably make a youtube tutorial recreating them, so might be worth to be that guy yourself
Safe travels! 🤙 Not many vanlife musicians out there but doing it myself for over 5 years now. Love the clean woodwork and that you can run everything off one power box.
Dude you were a huge inspiration for my build! It's insanely hard to find anyone else doing full-time music work in a van. Also hard to find other people rocking the two sliding doors model. Your videos are what made me decide on the desk/monitors in the back. I almost put it on the side or directly behind the swivel seats. Hope we cross paths one of these days!
@@synthshapes Ah thanks, humbled to hear! Will be in LA the first quarter of next year and then hope to be able to tour the summer up to Vancouver, BC eventually. So much awesome stuff along the way. Will also try to attend some gatherings.
Actually I had none! I learned on the fly from my father in law. I have a design background and pretty much consulted him and reddit before committing anything. He was a huge help and taught me how to use all his saws and tools!
Oh my god! This is insane! I would love to know more about what got you started on this journey and how it's been on the road. Where do you even sleep??😁
Thank you! Yeah I plan on doing a more in-depth explanation on all that if enough people would be interested in hearing the story on all that. I actually am pulling a small travel trailer behind it that I sleep, cook, and shower in!
@@synthshapes Very cool. Killer setup. I love being out on the road, especially in those beautiful parts. That looks like Arizona. Such a dream to have a portable studio and have THAT has your backdrop.🤯 Well done👏👏👏

that's a cool van studio you built! where can i hear your music? loved your playing in the prophet vid!
Aye bro! Thanks for the love! My band is Shimmertraps and my solo project is Aldous Baker. Both projects are on Spotify and Apple Music! 🙏
very kool. you must have some type of wood working background? most people couldn't pull that off.
