Hello, Yes you can make icing sugar at home. 1 cup sugar+1tbs cornflour. Put sugar and cornflour in a blender and blend until fine powder. Then sieve it well and discard the remains. Homemade icing sugar is ready.

Yes I would recommend using unsalted butter, because I have used salted butter before and I don't like it. Some butter are salty and thus would have an impact on the taste. If you think the butter you are using is not very salty then go for it. No harm in using a little bit of salt in sweet cakes 😀
Hello, here I have used a 6cm diameter cookie cutter and I made 12 Napolitaines. If you are making smaller than that, you can make 18 to 20 Napolitaines.
Hello Harshata, ingredients in cups measurements. 375g Plain flour = 2 cups+ 1/4 cup+ 1 tbs 225g Softened butter = 1 cup 4-6 tbs Raspberry jam Few drops of pink food colouring Few drops of rose water (optional) 300g Icing sugar= 2 cups+ 1tbs 3-4 tbs Warm water 😀
