    Thanks for video. Out of interest does your car have 2 cylinders on the bulkhead at the backl of the engine drivers side on RHD connected to the vacuum system with one of them having an open connector? One of mine looks like it should be connected to something but isnt

      I think this one just had the brake servo, don’t think has any other cylinders as such.

    Hi there if you got fuel going to the fuel rail but not coming out of any injectors ( or start up injector and all the injector have been tested and ultra sonic clean in good order ) and good spark on all plugs would yo say ecu needs attention ?? My car 1973 sl350 with the same bosch d jetronic system cheers mark 19:08

      It’s possibly the throttle position sensor, but yes, could be the ECU as well. One way to test the TPS is with the ignition on, open it by hand gradually and you should hear the TPS ‘click’ as the firing signal is sent to the injectors.

      @ClassicEd Thanks Ed I will get ecu tested and repaired if needed there not enough information and D jetronic injection system keep up the good work (you make it easier to understand the D jetronic) thanks again mark
